While in a Fort Worth mall a man approached me with hard core sales tactics from a kiosk. I had to tell him many times no, I was not interested. I felt like he was a stalker. A few stores away was the actual store and a man by the name of Jonathan came bursting out to get me to come in. All the sudden the "manager" was on me like white on rice. They kept shoving a mirror within inches of my face and would not stop. Just from feeling stalked, bummed rushed, and the hard core sales tactics I will never buy this product....even if it is good. They need to learn how to endure future potential customers instead of assaulting them.

My wife is in the late 20's. She started to notice her skin just getting a little bit dull, and uneven. I know that she is very picky with her skincare routine as many products simply don't work for her skin, however Kristals fits her great. Recently I gave her a facial cream and a serum for our anniversary and I know that she loves it.

Treat skincare as an investment and your skin will thank you. I finally decided to buy Kristlas products after I received a sample in the mall. This is a game changer. My skin is well moisturized, my pores look better. I've only been using it for a few weeks and I just wish I started this earlier. The price tag made me think for too long, but now I know its a profitable investment.

One of a kind skincare for those who can really appreciate holistic products. Their rose quartz line up is astonishing. I’ve been using it for over 2 months.

I've been using Kristals Multi-Vitamin C Brightening Serum for a month and have to admit it was worth the money I spent. It was expensive, but the result is totally worth it. Definitely recommend.

I do not even want to give them 1 star. They do not back up their products, there is no support. I purchased several products and when I got back to my room and opened them they sold me products I did not buy. The store will not correct the order and the company doesn’t stand behind their own products. DO NOT PURCHASE !!!!

I bought the item Dec 14, by Jan 15 I had seen absolutely no change. I went back to the store and they would not give me my money hack. They did exchange the product for a new one and give me 2 bars of soap. It's been another 6 weeks and still no changes. I will be writting a long letter of complaint, with back up proof in the hkles that for my specific case, they will refund me. Turns out if you have dry eyes, you shouldn't use this as it makes the condition worse.

WOW! Am I ever surprised with Kristals Cosmetics! During my trip to Mexico, I was introduced to this company, and I walked out with 2 bags of stuff... The service was impeccable. However, when I got back to the hotel I started to feel remorse and started doubting they would actually go through with shipping my order to Canada. Well they did! Everything arrived as promised. Yeah! I have been using the Rock Crystal product line and I am very satisfied with the results.

A very poor attempt at trying to save some face. I explained to them we cannot afford $25185, we have a disabled daughter and need to pay school fees. I am a construction worker my wife is a dental nurse.
We will get through this, double shifts and just work hard. I would not even like to imagine what their karma has in store for them.
This company has clear agenda steal from people. They will eventually go out of business.
Be very carful they are accomplished con artists. Don’t they know what comes around goes around.

Kristals is a HUGE RIP OFF to say the least. I emailed the Santa Fe N.M. shop within 8 hours of purchasing products to tell them I had changed my mind and that I would be refusing the package at my home, to be delivered about a week later, I refused the products when shipped to my home, after thinking about what I was getting for $1,100. They were shipped back and received by one of their employees and I have yet to get my money back. So I am out the $$$ and have no products either.

Not worth the money and their product are cheaply made.

Were talked into “ complimemtary “ products from location in Beverly Hills. Did make a purchase and 1 of 4 items were incorrect. They will not answer the phone and refuse to call back after leaving multiple messages. Its not hard to see why they get such negative reviews. Stay clear!! Dont buy!!

It’s a total scam! Dont get conned. Don’t get lured in. They will hard sell you on thousands of dollars worth of crud and nothing is returnable. Buyer be ware!

While in Aspen 1yr ago was invited into a new world called Kristals. I can actually say my 60 yr old skin looks amazing since using it for the year.I currently am using sapphire, gold eye perfection, and ruby. The customer service is responsive to any problems. I'm not giving it a 5 star because the packing on the ruby syringes , I feel inhibits you from getting the entire last expensive drop out.

I use the exfoliating serum. It works well and a little goes a long way. Smells great too. Good for agne and exfoliating purposes

Love Kristals Cosmetics....The only reason I didn't give Kristals a 5 is it is a little pricey for a single mom like me. But on a trip to California I was invited in to try some products. It was my birthday but they didn't know that. I walked out with a bag of stuff. I thought I would have buyers remorse because I really couldn't afford it but I wanted to treat myself. Well, it was a great treat. I loved every product. Now I am getting low on them and I am saving to slowly replenish them. So yes, I would recommend their products. I have some rock crystal and sapphire, I love them!

Love this company! Their packaging and products are so luxe. Love the Diamond Eye Masks! Works so well on my dark circles.

I have been using the neck serum for only a couple of months and my neck use to look like a road map. Now, it is so smooth and my skin is so soft.Excellent product.

It was while I was in San Francisco last May that I discovered Kristals Cosmetics. I’m 65 years old and have never seen my skin look better. When I got home from my trip I tossed out all my other “beauty” products. Now I only use Kristals Cosmetics. I don’t wear a lot of makeup. Typically I’ll apply a sunscreen, and lipstick so the products are great for keeping my skin clean, healthy and hydrated. Naturally beautiful is how I feel when using Kristals.

My mother-in-law introduced me to Kristals. I fell in love with the rock crystal micro polishing exfoliator. I've ordered the product many times. It has a great scent and makes my skin feel so smooth.
