It wasn’t exactly what I wanted!
Nothing was really done to try to make things right!
I ended up with a wedding ring that I’m not that excited about and have only worn a handful of times.

The Krikawa team worked carefully with us, inspired by our design ideas and careful to protect the designers we got ideas from, by making the designs ours - and the quality and beauty of the results were AMAZING! We are looking forward to wearing these rings for the rest of our lives!

Chelsea was amazing! She took the time to walk with me. Listening every step of the way to come up with a unique creation. The art work is phenomenal! My fiancé has said on numerous occasions that she could sit and stare at her ring! Thank you Krikawa...thank you Chelsea, you are the exact person I needed in this experience!

I ordered an engagement/wedding ring for my wife. I provided pictures of an existing ring and detailed description, however, the ring was not made as I had requested. I had to send it back to be modified. It was modified with a different texture than what I requested and no one contacted me to ask if this different texture would be ok. I had to send the ring back a second time.
