I have been coming to Kreativ Budapest for many years. The service, professionalism and attention to detail has never faltered. They are factual, knowledgable and consistent with the level of care they provide. They are truthful and realistic to guide you toward your desired outcome. You must be patient, and follow guidance, they are not miracle workers but not far off! ALL the staff are incredible and most speak English. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Kreativ Dental.

Great staff, excellent service, and very professional dentists. I travel half the globe to get here and it's worth every single penny. At half the price in Norway, and that's including flights and hotel.

Exceptional professionalism throughout the entire service , from dentist to all front of house staff .I have visited several times for crown and implants all that has done exactly what agree and lasting with the bespoke tailored treatment to one need .They provided highly detailed treatment plans and is among the professionals in their field. A special shout-out also goes to the taxi drivers for their customer service.

I have had extensive dental work done during 2025 - 2026, including extractions x 7; 3 root canals; a bone graft and sorting of 2 abscesses without hardly any pain, and that I did have, was sorted by the supplied analgesics. After 4 months for healing I returned for 20 crowns/ bridges and finishing 2 implants. You even get to choose the colour of the crowns etc so you don't end up with 'glow in the dark' celebrity teeth!
The experience has been amazing and the facilities are second to none.
The customer care is exceptional, as is the skill of the dental surgeons. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming.
No matter where you come from, someone will speak your language.
From the welcome and taxi from the airport to the return, nothing is too much trouble.
We chose to rent a flat rather than the hotel as we were there for 2-3 weeks, but the buses/ trams/ metro run every few minutes and are free if you are over 65 years old!
The cost was approximately 50 - 60% of quotes we had from the UK including flights and accommodation.
With yearly free check ups including an x-ray and airport taxi, it is cheaper for me to fly out than visit my dentist 2 miles away, and I have such faith in the Kreative Dental staff that I will be doing it.

This is the company I would wish to have founded. The customer focus is unparalleled, in my experience. I had major dental work in 2019-20, with only check-ups required since. No aspect of the patient experience is ignored, from the welcome at the airport, through multiple transfers, and what (to the best of my knowledge) are state-of-the-art facilities. In one session I had ten extractions, yet no pain, and only the mildest sensation once the anaesthetic wore off. I struggle to find fault with the business: that one of the airport drivers was an aspiring F1 driver is the worst I can come up with.

I’ve been going to Kreativ since 2005. I have always marvelled at the quality of their clinic, their work and their staff.
As a boomer I never looked after my teeth as well as I should but the amazing team at Kreativ rescued me from teeth in a jar by the bed.
I don’t think that I would consider work in the UK when Kreativ are just a two hour flight away.

I have been using Kreativ Dental for almost 20 years they have always looked after me and every visit is a personal conection between you and your dentist and his team as the dental nurse are very much part of the team and your teatment plan is explained in depth.
so you are very much aware of whats happening on a daily basis

I first went to Kreativ Dental in 2010 after reading about them in a newspaper article. I had suffered from various dental problems over the years and I thought I would arrange a visit. They were excellent and very honest about what could and what could not be done. Their equipment and premises were state of the art and I decided to follow their advice on the treatment they advised. My latest visit to them was November last year for implants and bridge work. I am very satisfied as always with the results. The team , from reception and dental support staff through to senior dentists are all fantastic. Helpful , friendly and with the most fantastic aquarium in the waiting/reception area.
The service is excellent and it starts with you being met by a Kreativ representative at the airport and then a taxi ride to your hotel. They also have an excellent courier service to bring patients to their appointments.
I cannot praise them highly enough and the fact that in the fifteen years since I have been attending their clinic I have been treated by the excellent Dr. Peter Magos and his team which gives continuity to my treatment. In 2010 they had one clinic and now they have three. Last but not least Budapest is a wonderful city with masses to do and see. I would recommend them to anyone needing dental treatment.

Kreativ review

I had a lower left front tooth extracted at Kreativ Dental Clinic in August 2025, and after a 3-month wait to allow healing, I visited the clinic again for a permanent bridge to be fitted. I cannot fault the dental procedures I experienced and will happily return to the Kreativ clinic and the same dentist for further work should this become necessary.

Even factoring in hotel and flight costs, my total expenditure was around half of what I was quoted by my UK dentist for the identical procedure.

From the outset, the service I received from Kreativ was superb. It was easy to locate the Kreativ desk at the airport, where I was given the time of my first appointment. The dedicated Kreativ shuttle bus took me directly to Kreativ’s partner hotel, the Arena, which had been pre-booked by the efficient admin staff at the clinic. It’s worth mentioning that one night of my initial visit to the hotel was covered by the clinic. The shuttle bus was available to take patients from the hotel to the clinic every half hour, so there was no anxiety about getting to appointments on time. The shuttle bus also takes patients back to the airport in good time for their return journeys.

The admin staff at the clinic were polite,
and professional. Paperwork and pricing were clear, and there were no unexpected additional costs.

My room at The Arena Hotel was clean and quiet enough.
Hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. I loved the fact that the use of the hotel’s gym, pool and sauna facility are freely available to residents. To me, this was a tremendous advantage, especially in the winter months. I would definitely return to the Arena hotel for any future visits to Budapest.

I am really highly satisfied with Kreativ Dental and would not hesitate to recommend this clinic.

I've attended Kreative several times over the last 20 years. Every visit was an excellent experience. This year I had extensive work carried out by Dr. Pilchaci Cristian and his team. From start to finish the whole experience was excellent and I'm extremely grateful to them for their profession work care and respect.
I also wish to thank Mary Flanagan who arranges appointments from Ireland for her wonderful service.

My family and I have been several times to Kreativ over a period of about 20 years. We have always been hugely relieved by their professionalism and positive ‘can do’ approach (unlike some UK dentists we have seen). All the necessary equipment and specialists are on site so there is no waiting for referrals or trips to different places. I went alone on this recent visit and felt looked-after and fully supported. Plus I now have a fragrant smile to be proud of and this makes a huge difference to daily life. The cost is certainly less than the UK but the real value to me is the skill of the dental teams and the peace of mind that brings.
I agree with another reviewer about payment. Watch out for bank charges and avoid bouncing payments by informing your bank that you are in Hungary and are about to make a certain payment . The bank can then, hopefully, release funds or increase your credit card limit.
This is the best thing I have done for myself in several years.

Excellent dental work and care. I cannot thank Dr Ivan Solymosi and his team enough, for giving me a mouthful of beautiful functional teeth. I had hated my teeth for many years. My two front top teeth had been crowned years ago, but were very prominent and had I lots of gaps in my bottom teeth. I had discussed this with my NHS dentist and other private dental practices. They all seemed to shake their heads or quote many, many thousands of pounds to try and improve, without giving me confidence in the outcome. Plus I did not want lots of teeth removed to try and improve with dentures. Having found the clinic, by a pure fluke, picking up a brochure in a supermarket. I decided to look at the available options and costs of treatment.
I visited for a free consultation, deciding nothing ventured, nothing gained. I included this as part of a long weekend in June, Budapest is such a beautiful city. I was amazed, at the treatment plan suggested, there was no hard sell and the quote provided was valid for months, it was also around 60% less than I had been quoted in the U.K. for less work. Having returned home, I decided to go for it, my treatment was completed over a period of approximately five months and three separate visits. During each treatment visit, I was treated with reassurance and care, I first had a couple of teeth removed and implants fitted. At no time was I left without teeth, or experience any pain, as temporary crowns were fitted. On my recent last visit, my permanent crowns and bridges were fitted. I can’t believe the change, I’m now happy to smile and I can eat and chew properly after so many years. I even became quite emotional, which isn’t at all like me. The support that is provided, by all the various staff teams, from arranging collection from and to the airport, room booking at the partner hotels and the shuttle service, to and from from the hotel to the dental clinic. I also met many other people, from lots of other countries who were there for treatment, some had been visiting for many years. I certainly won’t be visiting anywhere else from now on. I’m only expecting to need a yearly check up, which is free, plus I can tie it into a visit to Budapest’s Christmas Markets. What’s not to like, I highly recommend, you visit and find out for yourself.

From start to finish the whole experience was excellent. From initial communication to final treatment nothing was too much bother. Free transport to and from the airport made life easy as did half hourly free shuttle buses from the hotel to the modern purpose built clinic building with the latest equipment. Adrian and Christian, who carried out my implants and crowns were obviously highly trained and I am delighted with the result. What more can I say!

Outstanding service and professionalism. First visit at kreativ was told I would need that i would need a full refurb was done over a three weeks spread out over 6 months, results better than I expected can't thank them enough for the results look so natural would highly recommend to anyone.

I only ever went to the dentist in UK if I was in severe pain. I had a bad experience with a dentist in my 20s, and as a result development huge dental phobia, the consequence being, I lost a lot of teeth this year.

My bottom teeth started to feel loose last December. I was terrified I was losing all my teeth and would end up with plastic NHS dentures at 60yrs.

A friend recommended Kreativ and I made contact with Tom Emmerson, the UK agent who is very efficient and helpful. He talked me through the process and set up the appointment for me.

My dentist, Dr Andros Zsendovits, did a wonderful job. I was a very nervous patient, but he explained everything very slowly and was very thorough. He always made sure I understood what was happening. He really put me at ease and I felt safe in his care I am very happy with the final result. He also made every effort to save as many teeth as possible. I felt in control of the process at all times. At no stage did I feel rushed into making decisions re my treatment. The options are given and you decide.

I am no longer nervous of dental procedures thanks to Dr A, as had a lot of work done over 4 separate visits. The dental nurses were lovely also.

There is a very calm vibe at the clinic. Staff always available to answer any queries.

My only regret is I didn't come 20years earlier!! I totally recommend this clinic. 5* for every aspect of my dental journey.

Update on my previous review. I can't put any more stars on the review but if i could i would. Had all on four treatment finished in march . I am so happy with everything from start to finish , as i said in previous half way through procedure review its a hard thing to go through but worth it. I can pretty much eat what i like and steak is my favourite and is no problem. My teeth look so natural. There so easy to care for and it was a good decision to go with all on 4 .
