Models Overcharging Compute, But They Don't Seem To Want to fix it.
Despite emailing them twice about their KREA 2 large and medium models significantly overcharging compute per image compared to what they themselves advertise, and despite others also complaining to them on their social platforms, they have ignored the issue, which tells me it must be intentional.
Hundreds of compute units were overcharged during my use, which I only noticed because I was running out much faster than I usually did. So thousands of customers are having their compute essentially stolen.
I asked them to investigate and handle this, and I have been ignored (Which seems to be a common practice judging from the more genuine sounding reviews here) I waited a long time for a reply, until I’ve now had to leave this review. I guess they are hoping most people won’t notice, and the ones that do won’t bother to file a civil lawsuit for false advertisement...

When purchasing my membership I put in the promotional code and I have no idea if it went through or not it did not now that I look at my email I'm upset because it did not work. And you don't find out till after you have made the purchase. I would have tried other promotional codes if you had any different then the one I put in.

Krea.ai has been an amazing experience to express what I wanna show the world. I've never been very good at connecting things with my hands or using my hands physically to control a paintbrush or anything, but like I have great ideas and I think I can code an idea very well, so I coded my idea with language I coded my idea with language in controlling AI devices which also provide me with better language so like I give my idea to something and then it like codes it out for me and it's it's awesome so like it's a very expressive way to do it you and create a AI just it allows me to do it. It allows me to see my brain and it's awesome. I am working towards selling some of what I wanna make, but I don't know if I'd even wanna do that because like it's so much work to me to like express that part of myself and then I can turn around and give every part of myself as a nurse because that's what I do every day. I'm a nurse and I help people so you know this lets me be expressive and then it's not very cause hindrance so I love it
