Ease of ordering through KRCS. Never used this company before as always purchased through Apple.

I will definitely use KRCS again for future purchases. Very happy with the experience from viewing, purchasing and a speedy delivery.

Good price, bad delivery

Bought a new studios display from them, product is good and price is reasonable. However, it was advertised as next day delivery but they did not keep the promise. DHL delayed it by one day and i was not available for rest of the week. Overall good price but bad courier choice.

Ordered a MacBook Pro M5 Pro 16-inch on…

Ordered a MacBook Pro M5 Pro 16-inch on 26 March. The courier misdelivered it and it was signed for under a name I don't recognise. I was home both days.

What followed was two weeks of almost no communication from KRCS. I made 34 unanswered calls to head office before being told their phone system wasn't working. I asked four times for the serial number of the machine they shipped - ignored every time. I received no proactive updates at any point. No urgency. No accountability. No compensation offered despite two weeks without a £2,789 machine.

The issue was caused by their courier, but the way KRCS handled it - or rather didn't handle it - was the real problem. Days between email responses, broken phone lines and a complete unwillingness to take ownership.

Would not recommend.

Cheaper prices and top class services

I ordered a MacBook Air 13 inch M5 on Sunday via online store. Ordering process was quite simple. I received update about delivery on Monday morning. It was delivered Tuesday morning. It was very well packaged. Excellent service. Probably the best price you can get online. Also it comes with two year warranty (one year from KRCS). Very highly recommended Apple seller. If you look for a cheaper price and an excellent service, please look no further.

I ordered a refurbished MacBook Air M4…

I ordered a refurbished MacBook Air M4 from them and was skeptical at first, but then I received numerous emails within hours of ordering, including confirmations, processing updates, and helpful setup steps.

To then get another email confirming that it has been dispatched and that it would arrive next business day, as it has, and the service has been unbelievably great, I am so happy with my purchase.

I wish I’d known about KRCS years ago

This was my first experience of KRCS. Not only did they offer release-day delivery of a new Apple MacBook, but they had it at well below the standard price.
I had my doubts when I ordered the item, but there was no need. My shiny new Mac turned up on release day, well packaged and from a national courier. And I had made a big saving too. (I usually buy direct from Apple, who never give a discount like this).
KRCS may have passed under my radar before, but from now I’ll be checking them out first for my Apple purchases. Highly recommended.

Exceptional service

I took my phone in today to have the battery replaced. I can honestly say the customer service I received from the staff was exceptional from start to finish. Thank you Luke for the advice & helping me understand the process of changing the battery which I honestly thought was easy until now! I now realise it’s a lot more involved than I thought! I would give the staff 10 out of 10 for customer service.

Experience at Derby

The entire engagement with KRCS was poor from start to finish.

From the moment I walked into the store, the interaction was negative. I was immediately told the product was old and that the issue was well known, before being properly listened to. I was clear that I understood the age of the AirPods and that my intention was to purchase a single replacement AirPod if needed. This was repeatedly talked over rather than acknowledged.

I left the AirPods with KRCS for assessment. I then heard nothing for several weeks. I was later told that attempts had been made to contact me by phone and email, despite no missed calls or emails being received. Interestingly, both have worked perfectly since.

When the AirPods were returned, they were in a worse functional state than when handed over, with a fault that had previously affected one AirPod now affecting both. I raised this as my core concern.

Rather than addressing the outcome, the response relied heavily on explanations about product age, known issues and liquid damage. My request to escalate the matter beyond store level was refused.

While staff remained polite, the process felt dismissive, poorly communicated and left me worse off for having engaged at all. I would not use KRCS again.

Edit:
The response below reinforces my original concern. Rather than addressing the customer outcome or the deterioration in condition while the AirPods were in KRCS’s care, the focus remains on policy, product age and eligibility. That gap between process and customer outcome is why I found the experience so poor.

Our technician attempted to contact you several times using the details provided during the booking. When the phone number was unreachable, an email was sent, though it appears this may not have reached your inbox.

As soon as contact was successfully established, a full explanation of the findings and the available options was provided.

When examined, your first‑generation AirPods showed:
A documented hardware fault affecting this model of AirPods which is no longer supported by Apple under a repair program

Evidence of liquid ingress/corrosion, which may have been a contributing factor to failure.

Unfortunately, these issues fall outside Apple’s current warranty and repair programmes, which is why no authorised repair or replacement could be offered.

We fully acknowledge your point that the second AirPod developed similar issues to the initial bud. However, our technicians did not carry out any repair or invasive action that could have caused such a fault, and the AirPods were stored securely in protective packaging in an air-conditioned workspace throughout their time at KRCS.

We appreciate that this was not the outcome you wanted, and we understand your frustration. However, based on the product’s age, the documented nature of the fault, the evidence of liquid damage and the limits of Apple’s repair programmes, we believe our team acted appropriately, transparently and in line with Apple’s guidelines at every stage.

While we respect your right to share your experience, we do not feel that the review fully reflects the circumstances or the efforts made by our staff to assist.

Spring is eternal in KRCS's offices!

I like the way this company is structured. Information is clearly displayed and they illustrate how a financial services company can effectively be customer focused. The websites UI is well put together without the Rabbit hole information being buried below ground, it's all there and easy to access. Just pleasant to deal with. The need to phone and speak to them hasn't arisen yet but I would expect it to be pleasant when I do pick up the trumpet.

Trustworthy and helpful service

Bought an Apple MacBook online from KRCS. Great service and the item arrived ahead of time. The delivery through DHL was terrible - no notification of delivery on the day so I missed it, and they didn’t leave a card. Nor was there the opportunity to pick a suitable date, so they called back on the next day while I was out and missed it again. I rang KRCS and they were so understanding and helpful, so I will still give them 5 stars. But I would suggest they change the delivery company they use!

Thank you so much for your service.
I purchased a new MacBook that was out of stock, but I was able to order it through the waiting list, which should've been 4 weeks.
I was concerned about how it would work and sent an email 2 weeks after ordering. The KRCS team responded within a few minutes, everything was explained, and I received my MacBook 2 weeks earlier than expected.
Checked this MacBook: tried a few things, registered a few app accounts, logging, instructions, settings, voice reader, videos ... everything is working perfectly so far.
Thank you so much for your customer service and fantastic prices. I would not have been able to afford this purchase without KRCS.
