We ordered a Rock Band dongle and it came fast, but it was the wrong one. It was for Tony Hawk, and won't work for Rock Band. I emailed them about it and they asked for pictures. Fair enough. Sent them immediately, and end of story. Never heard back despite repeated emails. Do NOT waste your money with these people.
As Christmas approaches, do not let this company lure your hard earned money from you with sub-par items and even less than sub-par customer service! Our almost $150 purchase stopped working 45 days after it was opened as a Christmas gift and I can't even TALK to anyone at the company about it as I can't get a response from ANYONE (9 months of trying.)
