I recently was injured at work and was put in a bad situation where they were trying to deny my claim. I have never had a workman’s comp case prior to this and was overwhelmed I met with a few we’ll known attorneys and decided to use KK&O. I am so happy I made this choice because they went above and beyond. I worked with Sarah Reese and she was amazing. I really felt she gave me her undivided attention and put my interests first. If you are injured or looking for an attorney you won’t go wrong picking their firm.

The attorney I worked with was competent and knowledgable and I feel managed my WC case satisfactorily. I believe communication could have been alot better than it was. Many questions I had were left unresponded to or unaddressed over the course of the case. Anything critical to the case was handled immediately however, and the case was settled adequately. I would not recommend against having Krasno attorneys represent you, they are professional. I would overall compare my experience as one of a client in a purely business relationship. It was rather impersonal. I would recommend taking some extra time before signing with any attorney and perform due diligence in finding someone that will work best for you.

Awful representation, didn’t do anything they were supposed to. I did all of the leg work and called every week after the first two years, sometimes they would wait 6-8 months before contacting me. Fired my first lawyer and didn’t tell me for over 6 months. The list goes on and on. Stay away from them!

Good lawyer and friendly

My representative was great. She helped me through the process and was great at doing her job. The only thing I woukd have liked is more communication. Usually, I had to reach out and ask questions.

The attorney assigned to me was very knowledgeable and straight forward. I did not always get the answers I wanted to hear but I did always get the true and honest answer to my question. I was assisted with my SSDI case from the initial application and received a lot of personal attention. My case was successfully submitted and awarded in 10 months with no appeals necessary.

My advice is to follow your attorney's instructions and ask for advice before answering anything. Tell your complete and honest story; do not give only brief answers on the questionnaires.

Workmans compensation is very hard on person filing claim. Cheks not coming.Constant Dr appointments and evulaton.Even though ypur suffering and in pain the insurance companies make you feel like a liar.
