kraken does not respond to its custumers
I opened up an account with kraken and purchased a $100 in Bitcoin I signed in with fingerprint,something went wrong I don't know what but I can't use fingerprint any longer and every time I change my password and then go to sign in your system tells me wrong password or username I know there both right mainly because I know which email I signed up with and I've wrote down every time I had to change the password because I can't sign in, I've put in a ticket and have not heard back from kraken,I have $100 in Bitcoin just sitting there, if there is activity on my account it's not me.it would be nice if I received a phone call or email but nothing yet.

Overall good but…
Overall good! However I am really sick of this five or seven day holding period to transfer my crypto (especially my Bittensor TAO) to my cold wallets. I get it… fraud and whatever else but damn man I have subnets I want to invest in and I am missing out because I have to sit on my hands for a week. I invest a very small amount every week or two not like it is tens of thousands of dollars or more just a hundred to a couple hundred or so and I have to wait and wait. I thought this crypto stuff was supposed to be better, stronger and faster. I’m not seeing it. Don’t worry though it is the same as you know with other exchanges so it is what it is. I am new to all this so if there is a solution to hasten this process please share. When I buy something with my bank card I don’t have to wait a week for my smokes and road beers. I get to walk out the door right then and there with my merch. This is my one and only complaint and maybe I speak from ignorance at this time because like I said I am new to this brave new world but still… how long till I gain a little trust and the freedom that comes along with it? Time is money right? You get that. Still I will continue investing because I am for now having a blast. Anyway thanks for reading my rant.

They full of BS they just replied to me saying they will not help and can't help but post right after below saying they want me to reach out and see if l can help them. Lawsuit!

Have had a withdrawal stuck for 5 days
Have had a withdrawal stuck for 5 days, the showing pending but there is no On Chain transaction ID so just stuck with Kraken. Customer service is shocking with no way to speak to anyone. I would not recommend anyone us Kraken, there are more reliable platforms available.

Zero Star applies to Kraken
If there was a zero star it would give it a zero ! Will definitely close my account and look for more reliable app ! Kraken is un reliable my crypto withdrawal is pending for more than 60h I have received no meaningful assistance, There is no available phone number or direct way to speak with a human agent. The in-app “AI assistant” is not resolving the issue and only repeats the same generic message without providing any actionable information. I sent them numerous emails with no response. Therefore, stay away from Kraken its unreliable, useless, they will steal your money !
