BAG OF AIR VIRTUALLY NO POPCHIPS

Imagine my surprise when I opened my bag of POPCHIPS to find that there was a baby sized handful of POPCHIPS in the bottom of the bag. I had to use a magnifying glass to see them! A bag of air is basically what I bought. What an absolute disgrace. Shame on KP Snacks for diddling their customers. They must really hate the consumers who’ve been supporting them for years when they sell almost empty bags with a few crumbs at the bottom & call it product.

Kp space raiders I used to buy the pickled onion all the time not anymore I've just tried a bag to give them another chance and they are awful they say less sugar but that's all I taste something has definitely changed with making these crisps never again will I purchase another bag of them well done for ruining a nice snack

Used to be a great brand

Used to be a great brand, but for some reason recently and don't blame the rising costs, the quality has gone down, like everything in the UK, losing all that greatness we once had, a country that once shaped the world. Now, we do absolutely nothing are becoming a 3rd world nation.

Where are Brannigans?

Responsible for the demise of Brannigans crisps, probably the greatest crisp to be invented. I will forever yearn for the roast beef and mustard flavour Brannigans and forever boycott KP snacks for not investing in the brand which ultimately led to its demise. Shocking company

Used to be 5 star now truly zero flavour. I've been seeking feedback from the company as ive eaten these for 20 years but now they are awful. Don't pay 4 quid a bag now as they are horrendous. 60p from asda quality. So sad as loved these!!!

misleading advertisement

I picked up Nik Naks “Nice ‘n’ Spicy” expecting something with a real kick, since I love spicy food — but it turned out to be more of a tangy tomato or mild BBQ flavour. There’s no real heat at all. The name feels misleading if you’re expecting spice in the chili sense. Texture is great, and the flavour isn’t bad, just not what’s advertised. If you’re after actual spicy snacks, this won’t hit the mark.
Also I am shocked after reading the reviews, where couple of people mentioned about a stone in snacks, and company disrespecting their consumers by not answering emails. Not gonna trust KP anymore for sure….

Good morning I would like to know where I can find Pom-bear cheese snacks I have been to every supermarket in Weymouth but no one stocks Pom-bear cheese snacks so I would love to try them .every day because I buy them every day packs of 6.

Awful customer service never answer…

Awful customer service never answer phone it rings and then cuts off after a set amount of time, on line form did respond via email, they say have sent letter which never arrives, even CEO does not respond terrible customer relations.

Appalling Customer Service after large foreign body found in pack of peanuts

I lost count of the times I contacted KP Snacks which cracked my husband's tooth biting into a solid foreign object found in a pack of peanuts. My husband was terminally ill and this further pain could have been prevented. I returned the item as requested but despite numerous contacts, I have yet to receive a response our apology in over a year. Would never trust them again

Found a piece of string in my KP nuts…

I found a piece of string in my KP nuts. I could easily have choked on it. Tried to contact them by phone and by email. I got absolutely no response. They did not pick up the phone or answer my email. Shocking "customer service"! Next stop the Food Standards Agency!

Dear The Real McCoy's (Not )

I am writing to express my deep shock and disappointment at what I feel is a misleading and unfair practice regarding your chocolate biscuit products. It’s incredibly disheartening to see major companies like yours presenting what appears to be good value for money, only for customers to discover that the packaging contains significantly fewer biscuits — nearly a third less — all while prices continue to rise.

This feels like a deliberate attempt to mislead loyal customers, and quite frankly, it's unacceptable. In my view, this borders on fraudulent behavior, and I sincerely hope this is not something regulatory bodies like Ofcom are turning a blind eye to.

I believe companies should be held accountable for this kind of practice, and I urge you to reconsider both your pricing and your packaging transparency going forward.

Hello I’m very confused as it stated…

Hello I’m very confused as it stated helpful customer service and the word quality was used on the back of the packet. The packet I received less bags of crisp I paid for in a sealed bag. Clearly looking at the packet design there has been a malfunction however an easy resolution has now gone due to appalling customer service and if nothing is done to rectify I will have no choice but to take this further. The customer service is non existent and a disgrace no one picks up

Worst customer service…ever!

Bought a multi pack of Hula Hoops only to discover one of the packets inside were potato hoops with Aldi branding. I completed a complaint form online and got an email in reply saying a customer service agent had completed an investigation and a letter would arrive via post within 10 working days. No letter and no reply to 3 emails. Now been over 1 month and still no reply. Save your money and shop at Aldi. Also worth noting, the Aldi crisps are actually 1g heavier than Hula Hoops!
