Honestly, no response from their site.
You can check for yourself. The album price is average but the shipping price is more than half the total product price.
Mqop is 10 and add on top of it, high shipping price.. neither does it work well for GO nor for shop.
Yes, fans belong to various ages but the maximum fans who buy albums and merches basically are teenagers and twenty liners. So shipping price is too high for them to afford.
And no response regarding shipping prices and ways to minimize it.

I read some comments here saying Kpopagent and their customer support is good. Well, i don't agree with them.

If you wanna know why, i will tell you. I wrote email to them asking about the product. They were talking nicely. I added the product in cart and it showed too much high shipping cost. Then, i asked the Kpopagent if there is any third party shipping service or not.

I am not afraid to pay for the high shipping cost, but i need to have clear info on them.

Till has been more than 2 months. they haven't replied yet. I messaged them for more than 5 times, and still the same result.

Wonderful! Every shipment is in good condition, well protected and arrives quickly! Usually in less than two weeks (sometimes less than one). Owner is friendly and helpful and always ready to answer any questions. I will continue using Kpopagent as my source!
