Product isn’t great

Product isn’t great - we brought XL and it’s small. It’s not cooling/cold and my Doggie doesn’t like it. X

We are sorry the size doesn't match your expectations, however, we clearly stated the dimensions of the cooling mat sizes. The XL is 100cm x 70cm. There is also a larger size available - 150cm x 100cm.

When your dog is laying on it, giving pressure, it will draw the heat away from the body and dissipates it through the breathable mesh of the cooling mat. This is what will give your dog a cool feel during the hot weather.

We advise you to put the cooling mat inside your dog's usual bed for the best and most comfortable results.
