I got to know this amazing shop through an ad. on Instagram, I made an order and had received it yesterday. The quality, colors, finishing and packaging 📦 is great 👍. I would definitely re-order some new bracelets very soon.

I have purchased 3 sets and some singles. The bracelets are gorgeous!!! I have given 2 sets as gifts and the recipients loved them as much as I do!!! I had an issue with one order and customer service came to the rescue and fixed everything. QUALITY PRODUCT! QUALITY COMPANY!!! Don’t hesitate they sell out quickly!

These miyuki beads are my absolute favorite bracelets to wear. I have 9 and ordered 5 more. The bracelets are flat so they’re not uncomfortable when I’m typing at the computer. The glass material reflects light beautifully and the colors are vibrant. The worst part is waiting for them to arrive.

I bought two sets and they were delivered in a timely manner. I wear them every day and get many compliments. They go with everything and I don’t feel that I’m wearing something cheap. They look very rich..

The bracelets are so elegant and delicate, I love them! The glass shines with the sunlight, creating a unique effect. Love these!

Easy to use website and what you see is what you get (although the Miyuki beads are more beautiful in person). Order arrived in a timely manner and was packaged nicely.

I only learned about Koss bracelets fairly recently. I love that they are a little bit different and this is the first time I have ever seen Japanese beads used. I have bought 4 or 5 sets of bracelets. They look great on, the quality is very good. Koss was great to order from I was able to track the package and any questions or concerns they respond to emails fairly quickly. I love these bracelets so much that I have ordered them for my daughters as well.

I'm based in the UK. I bought 4 bracelets totalling £82.40. They weren't as nice as they looked on line - thinner and felt flimsy. I bought the large size and they were a bit loose - but also - different sizes, one was a lot looser and didn't sit nicely at all. The Returns address is in France and I needed to pay over £30 to send back - tracked delivery (which was around £12 with Parcel force and the rest import taxes) however, this has made me un-install FB so not all is lost. I could have kept them I suppose but I don't like keeping stuff for the sake of it.

I never buy accessories online without trying but after seeing so many positive feedback I ordered two piece. At first I couldn’t see any movement on my order, I contacted them and return was very fast and professional! Overall it took 10 days to arrive to Middle East which is very reasonable! Pieces are beautiful and elegant. I’ll definetely order more:) only one negative thing bothered me is that they are very fragile! After I paid such premium price I would expect more solid and strong pieces… nevertheless they are adorable.

The bracelets are beautiful but the shipping were wrongfully made. I paid for an expedited shipping but they were sent as normal shipping.
