hello ladies and gentlemen, I received a delivery of ACANTHA products.

but I did not find a stamp with an expiration date. one cream of dubious quality. Photos are attached (Nummer: 20233, Nummer: 20221). I already had a bad experience with delivery from your company. After one month of use, mold or fungus appeared in the cream, I don’t know.

I thought that I had stored the product incorrectly, but again no further instructions were given. Unfortunately, I didn't take a photo and just threw it away.

I use this cream for my face, so I want to make sure it's a quality product and it's not cheap either.

and in another cream some small dark specks appeared, after applying the face began to burn and burn, I quickly washed off and threw this cream away too.

wie haben alle nachrichten mehrmals durchgesehen und können leider keine email von ihnen vorfinden. kann es sein dass sie die mail an eine der no-reply emails geschickt haben? bitte ausschliesslich unsere offiziellen kanäle und chats nutzen. dann bekommen sie auch immer eine antwort.
sehr schade dass sie die tegel weggeschmissen haben. dies erschwert die analyse mit dem hersteller der acantha brand.

wenn natural products nicht korrekt gelagert werden, kann es aufgrund der nicht vorhandenen chemischen zusätze zu veränderungen der konsistenz führen.

Cosmetics and service are the best!!!

I ordered Acantha products on the recommendation of a dermatologist .This is the first time I will use this cosmetics .But after applying Acantha twice, my skin felt calm and without a bad reaction. I like it , because my skin has become very capricious lately . And I couldn't use absolutely any cosmetics . What I want to say about the service of this company. This is the first time I have encountered such an attitude towards a client! They reacted very quickly to all my problems. They answered all my requests very friendly. I could not pay for my order, which was provided on the kosmeti.co website . I asked for Paypal . And I was offered it without delay . But another thing that just struck me is that I have not yet paid for the order , they have already sent me what I wanted. This is amazing 😁! I was surprised and happy ! Such people make the world more beautiful ! I wish the whole team prosperity ! And have more grateful customers !
