Please stay away from these scammers, the coat is nothing like the photos it is cheap and nasty.

I ordered a jacket it turned up a month later. It looks nothing like the photo, not the same size I ordered. Literally the cheapest looking thing I have ever seen. They have ignored all my calls and emails for a return so now I’m stuck with it- I don’t even want to give it to charity or to the homeless as it is pure polyester- it won’t keep anyone warm

I ORDERED A FLEECE AND THE ONE THEY SENT TO ME WAS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE, NOT EVEN THE SAME COLOUR OR MATERIAL - WHEN I REQUESTED A REFUND THEY SAID I HAD TO PAY £24 SHIPPING FEE TO CHINA (EVEN THO ON THEIR WEBSITE IT STATES THEY HAVE A UK WAREHOUSE) WHEN I QUESTIONED WHAT IT SAID ON THERE WEBSITE THEY SAID WE CAN ONLY RETURN TO CHINA AND I HAVE TO PAY - THEY THEN OFFERED ME A 35% REFUND WHICH I DECLINED AS I DONT WANT THE JACKET, THEY THEN ADVISED I CAN HAVE A 50% REFUND AND KEEP THE JACKET - THE COMPANY IS A JOKE - I REPORTED THE WEBSITE TO MY BANK WHO ARE CURRENTLY INVESTIGATING - DURING MY ORDER PROCESS THE WEBSITE WENT DOWN FOR 2 DAYS, MY EMAILS BOUNCED BACK SO I PRESUMED IT WAS A SCAM COMPANY - I THEN RECIEVED AN EMAIL TO SAY THEIR SYSTEMS HAVE GONE DOWN - I STILL DONT HAVE ANY MONEY BACK AND STUCK WITH THE VILE JACKET THEY SENT - THEY SAID THEY CANT PROCESS ANY REFUNDS WHILE MY BANK ARE INVESTIGATING - I AM CURRENTLY SORTING WITH MY BANK AND GOING TO TRY PUSH FOR A FULL REFUND

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. The images of the items compared to what you actually receive is a joke! Do NOT buy from here. I then sent them an email to express my disappointment and was told I can have 35 percent max. They said they have refunded me but have no contacted me since and have no received a refund. This was a few weeks ago now! Awful company with the worst quality cheap clothing.

You will be throwing your money away, tacky is too good a word for these jackets, you will be conned, I just wish I had found reviews beforehand. Please avoid!!!

Awful company, cheap tacky stock that is not worth the money,can’t return and customer service is disgusting, avoid at all costs

I’d avoid this company at all costs, they’re cheap, awful clothing and customer service is awful. I saw some dodgey reviews after I ordered, saying it was a scam. I tried to track my order and contact them but website and everything ‘was not found’. My order arrived which I was very surprised at, (I wish it didn’t now, as it’s horrible) I followed the guide online for fit, seemed fine, it arrived and it’s SO SMALL, the quality is horrendous, I’ve never seen anything like it. I’m trying to get a refund and they’re saying I have to sent it back and pay €24! I know my rights as a customer and I am seeking legal advise on these sharks.

Took nearly a month to arrive, when it arrived it looks completely different to the picture, very small and cheap and nasty. Have contacted to return but have a feeling it may involve returning to China which costs loads.

Will not order from this site again. Stupidly fell across this place over am advert for a fleece jacket. Jacket came and is nothing like the picture. Colour is nothing like what it looked like and is very this and cheap. Jacket fits size wise but the arms were so short which defeats the purpose of a jacket. Emailed to return but would cost same as the jacket to return so what’s the point. Just beware if you go to order from this site.
