Great. Transparent. They offer refunds if you don't like the outfit. If you aren't into a pre-order item anymore when you see its sample you can always ask for a refund. They are super kind super transparent and also not only that they are open to ideas for outfits and even do outfits that they're fans suggest. The outfit survived the wash really well honestly the quality is incredible none of my stuff has broken. I'm extremely happy and I feel like this is a company that really cares about what people want they go as far as to recolor an outfit completely do exactly what their fans want a company like this is not only easy to trust but goes out of their way above and beyond to prove what they are saying to prove that they care and are trying to make an affordable brand that is also extremely high quality.

I bought many products from them and they are absolutely beautiful and comfortable. But the main reason that I stay with this brand is because they have been super nice and helpful every time I had any issues. I will keep buying from them for sure!

I purchased the Korura Original Wig #003 – HanaHime for my OC and I’m happy with it!

In the photos, the wig seemed to have a very slight yellow undertone, which made me a bit unsure at first. However, seeing it in person, there was no yellow undertone at all and it fits my angel cosplay perfectly!

I received a generous discount through an Instagram giveaway and got three small accessories as a gift.

The shipping was also quite fast: I ordered the wig on April 7th, and it arrived here in Germany on April 17th. Overall a great experience!

Korura is my fav lingerie brand by far!!!! Their products are all high quality (I own multiple 😋), clearly made with love, & SOO much cuter than anything I see in stores!!! Plus they're so comfortable I can lounge in them. I was recently pre-ordering their leopard print bunny suit (SOO EXCITED!!!) & accidentally purchased a 2nd item I didn't want, which is rare with korura's gorgeous outfits. After a quick email they gave me a partial refund for it within hours! I was absolutely amazed by how swift and helpful their customer service was, made me love the korura team even more than I already did.
