Worst prop firm. They will use any excuse to avoid paying out. They rejected my withdrawal based on 'stacking' violation which I proved were not even my trades. They then responded with 'account management' as the next reason to reject the withdrawal.
Kortana will let you purchase as many accounts as they can sell to you, only to then say, you cannot trade accounts from the same IP address. So you can purchase 2 accounts, but you cant trade them 2 accounts from the device / location / IP address. Or you can trade them but until you request a withdrawal, at that point they'll breach you for 'account management'.
Customer service is awful, the chat is never live. You normally get a response within 24 hours, which is always just an automated response.
STAY AWAY, USE A REPUTABLE FIRM. I got sucked in by there promotions. The reason why they offer discounts all the time is because they know they will not pay-out and customers wont return. Whole thing is just one big fix to take money and not pay out.

Hello, I came to Kortana in February, my first payment was in March and it was canceled because I violated the 33% rule. My 2nd payment was at the beginning of May and it was canceled because I violated the IP rule, my 3rd payment was last week and again it was canceled because I violated the IP rule.
When the 2nd payment was canceled, I started taking screenshots every day before the transaction to make sure I don't violate the IP rule, and at the end of 30 calendar days to be able to submit the payment request, I had 2 IPs used , the ones that allow the IP rule from Kortana.
I submitted the request for the payment of 1410 USD and after a few days of waiting, I received an answer that I violated the IP rule and I sent them all my screenshots with IP from each trading day and their answer was,, Now dear Trader, we have verified your operations, and although your management and Operations violated the ACCOUNT MANAGER Rule, the company has determined NOT TO CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT so that you can continue trading with us,,
So I can continue to work on their account, but the payment cancels it ("funny")
I can definitely say that KortanaFX is a scam and don't waste your time with them.
I've seen people here who left reviews with the same IP RULE problem, but I had a hope that they were honest and would pay, but I was wrong.
If you draw attention to the positive reviews, they are short and often meaningless. After 3 canceled payments, my conclusion is that they buy them to get a better grade.
I am asking all the people who have suffered from this company, when you see their advertising on Instagram, Facebook, Google, Youtube, etc., report it as a scam, maybe this action will protect others from this fraudulent company.
In the end, I want to tell you not to lose your self-confidence and to keep trying to reach your goals and objectives.
DON'T FORGET THAT ON THE WAY TO SUCCESS, THERE WILL BE MANY FAILURES!!!!

I am deeply disappointed with Kortana's services. They canceled my account citing reasons that seem unreasonable and designed to avoid paying out. I am currently in Paris, but they claimed I was in Nice. Additionally, I use a VPS for better connectivity, which means my IP is from the Netherlands. Despite this being a common practice, it was used against me.

Furthermore, I manage my account from both my PC and laptop to ensure I can handle any internet connection issues. This was also cited as a violation, which is unfair and unrealistic for active traders who need reliable access.

It's clear Kortana is looking for excuses to avoid payouts. I've seen similar complaints in their Trust policy, indicating this is a common issue. I cannot recommend their services and will not be paying for any future services with them.

Avoid Kortana if you want a fair trading platform.

Scam company. They will reject your payment with fake reasons they make and send it to you as photo. Like the ip addresses they fake it and send it. They also terminate your account for violation of the daily maximum drawdown but you actually didn't. Rejected my payments 3 times and at the end they terminated the account while trading saying drawdown violation but that is not true. Avoid this company guys don't through your money.

About your reply.. it's shame on you not on me! I asked for a proof for the violation since one week but no answer... my acount balance was 96k and I opened the first trade after daily drowndown reseted and I had another 5k to maximimum daily drawdown but you terminated the accouny! Fake company guys check other reviews also :)

Never ever trust them guys they will look only for how they can reject your payouts even they dont follow their own rules mentioned in the rule book but they want us to follow rules they will say anything to reject your payout i worked very hard in kortana for 5 months totally requested 6 payouts for 13k dollars in total but trust me they are never paid even a single dollar for me stay away from this kortana use your money in any other genuine propfirms.

Stay away guys. Alot of my friends warned me about them. And they dont pay. Finally when i wanted to make a payout they said i have breached but i definitely did not

Kortanafx (0 star) / Crossana is making persistent efforts to delete my reviews by asking for additional information. However, every time I provide the requested details, they consistently return with the same baseless excuse for withholding payment: "We reviewed your account and found account management..." They have repeatedly denied payouts and breached the agreement despite having my account number. They are dishonest and deceitful. They should exit the trading industry immediately.

I had 5 payouts and all were refused there were always different reasons, I studied all their rules by heart, I know every point of their rules but they don't pay anything, and in the end they just blocked my account and wrote consistency. don't buy challenges from them, It’s better to use this money to buy a gift for your children or parents if you don’t want to give money to these scammers, good luck to all

Signing up is very easy, account details were given very quickly. I used Easy Funded EA on mql5 marketplace.
to pass the account. The Author Barbaros was very helpful and passed within minutes, using his HFT EA.
I am now waiting for the certificate and funded account details.

They are cheaters. Never buy account from them.

I had two $25k accounts with them. I have used a static IP and only single device to trade. But once I requested payout they banned my accounts and not paying. The reason they say is Account management. This firm is became crap never ever use their service.

I hope they go out of business soon as they are wasting time and money of traders.

This plaform is fake and you will lose everything if you use them. I moved to InfinityMetrix, and it has really changed my life. Withdrawal is fast, without paying fees

They are a disaster of a "company". Do not spend your money on Kortana... They do not pay, they do not give reasons, they do not help you correctly in the technical service, they use absurd rules and above all they are scammers.

I made a modest profit, but Kortana refused to pay me out because of excuses that do not make sense.
They blocked my trading account and accused me of using an account management firm, without any kind of proof.
I have asked for proof, but have not received any. I have emailed them, but all i get back is their standard copy-paste messages. They are basically running circles, without addressing my specific questions.

In our private communications, i have repeatedly asked for evidence of account management violation to be shared with me. This has not happened. How can this be a sign of a transparent company? I did indicate i have traded on 3 different devices, all owned by me. I have never shared my account details with anyone outside of Kortana.
I operated 2 funded Accounts with Kortana, and this reflects on my DashBoard.
I need evidence, not empty allegations......

Do not even attempt to get actual profit withdrawals from them. They cannot provide any proof of a breach, but they still use made up reasons for not paying out, with no proof at all. They will simply charge you the fee for the challenge and then cheat you out of your profits. Also, the positive reviews on here are also a joke. They are fake accounts and/or paid for by the company. Do not trust these guys for a second. Stay AWAY!!

As a new trader who uses multiple platforms, I find kortanFX to the easiest to navigate. The dashboard is intuitive, and the analysis tools clearly highlight areas where I need improvement. I even passed my challenge account in just one day using Easy MT5 on MLQ5. This platform is fantastic!

Was convinced to buy a Kortana account from a ‘mentor’ in a scam academy! 100’s of got accounts from his affiliate link just to have our payments rejected! My profit share was a tiny £301from £602 and they cannot even pay that! Rejected because of the 33% rule but my highest profit from a trade was £160, 33% of £602 is £198. £400 I have wasted buying this account & paying someone to pass it. Don’t waste your money it’s an absolute scam! I knew I’d have this trouble when the ‘mentor’ said he has a deal with Kortana for his customers to only make 2%, give his name & they removed the ip rule for him. It was to late at this point I’d already got the account (huge regret)!! What you and this ‘mentor’ do to people is disgusting and inhumane! Taking money from people who don’t have it. You can see how hard Iv worked on my account to just reject me a tiny £301! You guys must be broke to not even be able to pay that. SCAMMERS! P.s yes I have left the scammer mentor and scammer academy!
