This is a rogue and nefarious operation. Do NOT purchase ANYTHING. I ordered TWO 'cashmere' pullovers (aka 'sweaters'!) in Extra Large. The items arrived, were not even of a Medium Size, and the material was not recognisable as cashmere, as advertised. Several emails asking for a postal address to return the items and asking for a complete refund have not been answered. The Korrazo website states that their Customer Services are available 24/7 while also showing opening times which are NOT 24 hours a day! Their stated policy of refunding items which prove unsatisfactory relies on those items being returned within 14 days of delivery...very cunning since there is NO postal address to which items can be returned. This is a totally crooked set-up and should be avoided at all costs.

Paid in full but no delivery, emailed several times and just get a generic reply with just the name and order number changed promising delivery, blaming the courier and asking me to be patient!!! I would appear they don't actually have the stock in my opinion 🤔

This company can improve by removing its self from Internet altogether. It is a con . Took my money no goods.stay far away from this company .you have been warned

The garment I ordered was not what I received it supposed to be a cashmere jumper what has been sent is a cheap stretch thing. This is disgusting I will be talking this to trading standards

They are a complete waste of time wrong sizes that bare no relation to the descriptions arent interested in responding to complaints and have taken the money DONT waste your money they are Scammers

Absolutely awful Company.
I ordered a Jacket on 13/2/26 got an email it had been ordered then heard nothing from them.
I decided to ask for a refund by contacting them on 27/02/26 and they told me, that due to Chinese New Year, orders were held up, I had no idea the Jacket I had ordered was coming from China or I wouldn't have bothered ordering it.

I told them I was contacting my Credit Card provider to request a chargeback and low and behold next day a shipping email came in to say my Jacket had been processed and shipped. Next email said that I was not due a refund as the items had been shipped despite there being six days since between me asking for refund and shipment date. This lot are scammers and scum and don't deserve your well earned money.

I got my money back from my credit card provider and Korrazo are saying they are challenging this 🤣 bring it on. The Jacket they say they shipped has never been delivered so you have been warned.

Update: 2 weeks past and they have not challenged the chargeback. Utter scum

Another scam straight out of china!
The reviews on the site linked on YouTube ia made up and fake the product is cheap and doesn't fit proper. Not to mention it takes weeks to receive and the moment ya mention a return customer service disappears. STAY AWAY!!

Haven't bought anything, but I couldn't press anything that said trustpilot, so that means it's fake.
It showed alot of good reviews on their page, that was not linked, but when I searched for it, it only has 1-2 star reviews.

Rip of they are looting for sure theykarma is there it will come to them as they are cheating an providing fake stuffs not as advertised.. Stay away for them pls

Cheap and nasty material, sizes do not match as advertised.
2XL advertised as 118cm, measured and it's 108, arm and length measurements exactly the same.
Impossible to get hold of.

They advertised the garment as a cashmere sweater and the fabric was certainly not cashmere nor was it stylish - it didn't marry up with the goods as advertised. Very, disappointing - DO NOT shop with them.

Well; I ordered 2 'cashmere' jumpers. When they finally arrived (3 weeks later) they had:
no manufacturer labe;
no washing instructions and material label;
and they aren't cahmere.
Otherwise perfect - not! Probbly Chinese; ok, wearable, but otherwise.....RIP OFF!!

I never got my order still saying in transit and got no reply when I asked for a refund not very happy ordered on the 12th of December and nothing didn't think it would take this long

Honesty is a vital element of Trust pilot, I did read some of the 8k reviews on the Korrazo web site and against my better judgement I placed an order for a holiday sale cashmere men's jumper. There was a problem with the PayPal purchase facility so I emailed the company. I received a very polite response which informed me that there was a problem but it was suggested I use my credit card to ensure my purchase of the holiday sale reduced price.
A couple of days later than my first attempt to purchase I placed the order and payed with my credit card on December 13th, hopeful for a Christmas delivery. The jumper arrived today, December 30th.
I took the precaution of ordering size L as I wanted a relaxed fit and I have experienced slight shinkage over time with cashmere garments.
The garment was packaged in a clear cellophane bag within the transit plastic bag, no paperwork, delivery note, invoice, or return instructions,hmmm.
The quality did not live up to the photo-shopped advert and the size was a neat fit to my relief. My initial normal size M would have clearly been too small.
Very interested to see there were only two reviews on Trust pilot, no I didn't check them as my experience was the point of the honest review.
I obviously am not impressed but the jumper will be appreciated for what it is, a nice mass produced reasonable quality cashmere jumper. I will be interested to see if it stands up to a hand wash at some point 🤞

Total scam company, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! Ordered a top which arrived surprisingly, garment is faulty, sent 4 emails, no reply. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME!!

KORRAZO are a scam Chinese company. Ordered underwear 10 weeks ago and arrived today. Total rubbish! Have been disposed of in bin. Never again. Totally disgusted with so called companys like this. Please be very careful who you order from. I have been scammed twice before and I will make sure, never again.
