The product was ordered from the US to be delivered to the UK. Shipping by boat was estimated at 14-25 days. I never received a shipping update, they use Shop and no details were provided to Shop. After 35 days the product still has not arrived. Customer support is completely unresponsive, no reply after a week of waiting. Will need to seek a refund through the credit card.
I also have been trying to contact them to find the progress of my order. It has been a month since I placed the order and there is no response.
