I've had my koretrak for about two weeks. I mainly bought it to monitor my sleep patterns as I've had a lot of trouble sleeping over the last ouple of years. The blood pressure monitor, and other functions are a bonus, so I see them as a little bit of info that might be useful. It seems reliable and easy to use. I particularly like the way it charges straight into a usb point without the need for additional cables.

I have tested two of these units, had no trouble downloading the Day Band app and paring them with my smart phone, but both units could not take actual blood Pressure (BP) Readings as stated by the manufacture. They both were not capable of providing BP systolic readings above 123 whatever my actual BP was at the time.
Therefore it must be common to all units that they cannot provide BP readings as claimed by the manufacturer.
The are the results of one of my tests were:
12.48 My actual; BP 187/56 Kore Trak unit : 121/77
14.06 My actual BP:150/57 Kore Trak unit: 121/77
1415 My actual BP 142/59 Kore Trak unit: 120/74
1430 My actual BP 150/61 Kore Trak Unit 119/73
You will note that the Kore Trak unit readings bear no relation to actual BP readings, the systolic readings are always in the range of 119-123 and the diastolic readings are always in the range of 68-78.
The comparison readings were taken on my upper arm OMRON MX3 Plus medical BP monitoring unit.
It is not expected that the Kore Trak wrist unit will be as accurate as my upper arm medical unit but the readings are meant to be meaningful, because any seniors relying on this unit to monitor their BP could miss signs of hypertension.

I ordered the Kore Trak watch to monitor my heart as I have hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. I read the reviews on this site and freaked out thinking I had been scammed.
I ordered on 8th February and received a DHL tracking link the next day that I used to check the shipping journey. The device shipped from Hong Kong and arrived at my door in Scotland on the 20th February.
I charged it up, downloaded the app and linked it to my phone without any problems.
I checked my blood pressure and heart rate against a standard Omron monitor and the Kore Trak delivered the same readings.
I am having some problems registering to their website because of a Captcha feature that I have never seen before but I am sure I will figure it out.
So far so good- I am very happy

This is the biggest piece if crap I have ever got suckerrd into buying. DO NOT BUY !!!
It won't communicate to the phone....it requires a Captcha to register it but NO explaination of how to get or transfer it. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE link other than a circle back to the sell site.......JUNK. JUNK JUNK....oh yeah,. ...JUNK

Bought Koretrak watch in November. The first few weeks held the charge for 3 days, then only for 24 hours. Now doesn't charge at all, so useless. emailed customer service at Koretrak and of course have had no response.

My watch arrived on time and I was pleased it LOOKED good. The time was incorrect so I read the instructions which said this can only be changed via the app. I have Android 7.0 installed (instructions say Android 4.4 or above) but the app won't even download from Google Play as its incompatible with my device. I've emailed problem and will revise my rating if they fix the problem. Right now the watch is useless. Oh yes the display blanks after a couple of seconds too.
UPDATE: I managed to load the app by using a friends mobile (Huawei running Andrid 8.0.0). I couldn't sign in or register but I did discover you can ignore this step - bottom middle of the 'login' page as I remember. The next page was also confusing but again you can ignore it - top right this time as I remember. Once you're on the Male/Female page it's pretty straightforward. The time sets automatically and I could make most of the features work. There is a help page but only from the 'Me' screen. It's only a set of answers to FAQs really but gives a clue on most things.
KoreTrak responded quick to my emails and have promised a 20% discount - it's been applied and processed they say. We'll see.
After much searching I managed to download the app to my Huawei tablet from the Huawei site after installing their 'AppGallery' and searching for DayBand. Don't be put off by the Chinese characters the app is all in English once installed.
The heartrate function seems accurate and as far as I can tell the bloodpressure too. Sleep and weather don't function but, to be fair, the instrutions that come with the band don't imply they're part of the package. So not great but OK so far. 2 stars and 3 if I get my discount.
FINAL UPDATE: I did receive my discount as I was promised. I've also used the cycling sports function that was surprisingly good if in need of a final polish. My ride was recorded in great detail with a map of my speeds plus graphs that included elevation. The sleep recording has worked only once and weather not at all. So a final 3 starts - just.

Bought 2 for the wife and me. Absolute rubbish. Won't connect sleep patterns and that's one reason I bought it as I haven't been sleeping well. Blood pressure is also inaccurate. Contacted them to send back as faulty and they even have the cheek to tell me
1/ That they must be in the same condition as I received them, and how do you do that if they have been worn for a week to find they don't do the job and
2/ I have to pay the return postage to the Netherlands @ £12.70p. If I could give no stars I would. Contacted PayPal and they said send them back tracked for a refund and PayPal would refund the postage.

EDIT: Sent watches back and they have been with the Post Office in the Netherlands for 10 days for them to collect as they could not be delivered. They are still there awaiting collection, so you cannot get a refund from them. PayPal refunded the cost and the postage. KoreTrak oi a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Bought a Koretrak in late November 2020 as a Christmas present from my wife.
Have found that it's error on heartbeat is 100%. My heart rate recorded by a professional standard Omron unit recorded 57 beats/min. The Koretrak recorded 118!! Completely misleading.

Also on blood pressure a professional Omron measuring device recorded 108/83 for my son who is ill with bowel cancer.
Whereas the KoreTrak showed a normal pressure of 119/71. How misleading is that!
So it is not fit for purpose.
Asked for a refund but Kore Health claim that their returns policy is 30 days and so will do nothing.
Had an email response to my claim which I could not reply to as my server found that the Koretrak email had a virus. This was just suggesting the way you should take your blood pressure but ignored the 100% error on heartbeat
So hopeless customer service as well!

Hello, I bought a Kore track watch in November as a Christmas present for my wife. Communication was good and the watch arrived as promised, I did have to pay £11.00 in customs duty. When we unpacked it on Christmas day it worked fine. It has since stopped detecting heart rate, pulse and oxygen saturation. I have emailed explaining the problem and received instructions on how to charge it! I have phoned customer services and was surprised to get through, the lady I spoke to was helpful. Unfortunately she only sent me a video on how to use the watch! I phoned again and was told there may be a problem with it but my 30 day warranty had run out! If it worked it would be cheap, but as a pedometer it is the most expensive on the market. If these were any good it would have more than a 30 day warranty!! Rubbish product and they know it!! Save your money and count your own steps because that's all this will do for you.

Its a scam.
Ordered product online and ordering page showed delivery as 7-10 days. Once I paid it confirmed delivery as 30 days.
I called to cancel and get a refund and they refused whilst in transit. It's still in transit 5 weeks on.
They use Royal Mail tracking which is also a scam as tracking tells me it is delivering to me every day for the last 10 days.
I would never recommend Koretrak nor Royal Mail - how very disappointing and can't believe I can't get a refund.
