Yes, this is my second review, I received the kore health resistance bands and have the directions now, it is extremely easy to use and an excellent workout. The nice part is you can do it in your own home and don't need much space. I highly recommend them.

I went to use the Koretense bands this morning and it doesn't come with directions therefore it is impossible product to use

I bought the Korehealth vibrating massage ball and didn’t realize just how much my whole family would benefit from it. It works out the sore spots and knots like no other, has a few different pulses, and small enough to stick in my gym bag. Battery life is great, too. We’d definitely recommend this product, and I think I’m going to end up getting one for everyone in the family so I don’t have to share it. Perfect gift for someone who is very active, and even for someone who isn’t!

I was currently dealing with a dislocated shoulder when I got my Koresphere and WOW it helped me out so much. My doctor told me to ice it as much as possible so I would place my Sphere in the fridge and use it to roll over my shoulder. I cannot explain how much pain it released!!! Also, very convenient to take to work especially after leg days. I’ll be sitting ANYWHERE rolling my tensed spots. Super convenient!

Amazing products. I train very often and the koresphere is a staple in my routine. It helps me warm up properly to enhance my range of motion before a training session and it helps my muscles relax after a hard training session. KoreHealth was able to give a whole new meaning to my recovery. With the KorePulse, I was able to prime my muscles properly for my workouts. After I trained, the KorePulse helped to relax my muscles and left me feeling my workouts refreshed! It is such a convenient and portable tool that I can fit in my backpack when going to the gym. It is small but nighty and has made a big impact in my training routine!

A friend suggested me to buy the koretrak watch some months ago to follow up my fitness progress. Since then, I found out that the koretrak can do way more - I can check some health metrics, sync with my cellphone for notifications, and track my sleep data.
