I’ve been a customer for almost 4 years…

I’ve been a customer for almost 4 years already. I could give them a 10 star rating. They have the best customer service. They reply and resolve immediately my concerns. Delivery is super fast. Eversince I found their website, I only buy my korean skincare from them. They almost have every korean skincare brand and what I love most is how generous they are with their samples. For me, this is the best korean skin care shop, in terms of price, variety of products, delivery, customer service, freebies, offers. They are the best!!!

Super Dissapointed in Glowy Box Gift...😬🤑

Love the products, packaging and fast shipping.
However...the special gift for purchase over 160,00???
HUGE dissapointment!
Totally feel like I got the wrong end of the stick on this one.
Really thought it was going to be a special gift, so ordered more than I needed 😒
Not happy.
Same deal sans stickers(the fun ones) plus the full size gift🤯
I will not repurchase with Korean Skincare.
Why? Because I feel you guys dont appreciatie us at all, lowering standards instead of being better, ESPECIALLY with the amount you expect of 160 for a less than "Surprise!" Gift, are you kidding me?
There are so many Korean Skincare online sales at reputed companies these days...why try-out this sad way with your customers to make them pay so much in one go with a box of sample, cheap mask and a face cloth for alot of money....not a fun and glowy feeling at all!
Why are you calling it a Glowy Box?
There is literally nothing glowing in it except dissapointment😔
Much prefered the previous way.
That was actually fun.
