When the goods arrived we found that it was poorly constructed and looked shabby. …
When the goods arrived we found that the workmanship wasn't good. That's our opinion. So we decided that it wouldn't look good in the bathroom. It wasn't anything like the photo on the internet, it looked very different and certainly not up to the standard that we are accustomed to. It was ordered as a replacement for our old one that had broken. We are in the process of trying to return it to the supplier, which we are finding difficult. The time scale is only 14 days from delivery of the goods.

It is a good week after my order- I have no answer to my mails that I am on holiday for 10 days and wish for delivery afterwards. Definitely they do not send out the product the day after the order until 1 pm, otherwise the product would have arrived before my holiday. I hope to be positively surprised and still get the product or an answer...

Wrong size, no answer, expensive
They sent me the wrong size of quite expensive rattan - so I cannot use it at all - and then they did not answer my e-mail but instead asked me to rate their service.
