Im sceptical about online purchases
Im sceptical about things I see online but my feet were so sore for so long, it was really bothering me. So I decided to give koprez a go. It worked for me.
I could work all day on my feet, they'd be a bit sore by the end of day, and as soon as I sat even from a short car journey home and then stood up again the pain was terrible, getting out of bed was excruciating. I found wearing the straps took my pain away, I dont wear them much now, just when I feel the need.

Feels like a scam
Update: somehow manged to get a very quick reply this time! Unfortunately you never sent me a link or message to send you any private information. You can fine my order number and email address attached to the emails you've already ignored.
Placed an order over a month ago. I sent in a query on their online portal and got a automated email suggesting they'd respond in 4 hours. Two days and some hours later still no reply. I sent an email. Two days later again and I get what appears to be a bot response "sorry for our delayed response" and that orders are typically shipped in one business day! Oh great! No explanation as to where my package is or why it STILL HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED! For the price of these this is shockingly bad customer service.
So far it seems Koprez has scammed me out of my money. Order placed the first week on July, money taken, no product on its way just a tone of pushy emails telling me to spend more of my money.

I ordered the right size but it was so…
I ordered the right size but it was so tight, it was very painful. I tried to adjust the straps, but it was still too tight. It actually caused some bruising above my ankle. It hurt for some time after taking it off. It is made in China so a retail price of $80 is ridiculous. Scam. They advertise a retail price of $160 for 2 and tell you it is a sale price to make you feel like you are getting a great deal. They would not help unless I took my review off. So I contacted customer service and they apologized and gave me a refund. Never again.

It is a great relief when I walk with the Koprez sleeve. I have now plantar fascitis since February 26 and I was going crazy because of pain by walking. Until I got the Koprez sleeve. Help for tradesmen with sore feet
The Koprez ankle compression sleeves brought tremendous relief to my foor pain, so I gave a pair to my son-in-law. He experienced so much relief that he gave a pair to his brother-in-law. I eventually ended up ordering enough pairs to give them out as Fathers' Day gifts to many of the men in my family. Everyone has experienced relief from sore feet.

Instant relief
The product was delivered on time and actually worked.
The Koprez support actually gave me instant relief as soon as I put it on, not total relief but made it bearable to put weight back on my heel. I’ve been wearing for a while now and it seems to be helping but not totally recovered.

Data is confirmed by experience
I always try new healing items with a grain of salt. What intrigued me was the data collected and the common sense about blood flow. I purchased two for my feet. Swelling went down. Pain was better. I was also wearing a different brand of knee brace. So I bought more feet sleeves and started with a couple of knee. From the moment I strapped on the knee sleeves I felt support. My knees have carried me through many challenges these 65 years. The data on the knee sleeves made sense. Three months in I am not healed but can walk around my property that is covered with rocks not in pain. I have not had the sharp pain of stepping wrong in my knees. For me I can prevent further damage. Slow down the natural aging process just a little. Keeps me away from doctors who want injections, pills, and surgery that results in more damage.

Koprez is hopeless and failed on every front
I cannot comment on the product as more than three weeks after my order being paid for, I have not received anything, and Relay the courier they use in UK, having said it had arrived with them, now say it hasn't and they don't know when it will, they say perhaps another 7 to 10 days.
Koprez customer service is simply appalling, just a waste of time. The company presents as being based in Wisconsin USA but I think this is a ruse and it is a Chinese company based in and sending from China. Emails seem to be pointless and go unanswered so I called. You only ever get an answer machine and the eventual very unhelpful reply seems to be from someone in China. The first order they say was lost by the courier but I never received a dispatch confirmation so that doesn't add up.
Maybe the sleeves are good but Koprez are useless.

Haven’t been wearing them really long enough to know long term effects yet but in the short amount of time the pain in my heal has greatly diminished. Within 10-15 minutes any burning pain I get is gone.

The ordering part on website tough.
The ordering part on website was tough they began with offering one pair and if you checked their offer it was a timed offer. But the also then followed with a better off that took long to load and O could not get back to cancel offer right away and uncheck the warranty and upgrade shipping that was somehow put into my order. Once I saw the offer the next day I messaged customer service and the original order and unneeded extra was canceled.

Great service prompt delivery and a very useful product. I live in the South Pacific and it arrived without any problems. The brace works very well on my badly collapsed ankle and fits very well under shoes and boots. I wear them daily.

Hope your order is right the first time...
I hope you don’t have any health issues or cancer treatments, because you seem to expect people to check their email nonstop. Don’t forget the spam folder, since it feels like you don’t care what someone is experiencing with your product or what health problems it may have caused.
I can take responsibility for responding later to an email that said you’d exchange for a different size, but you don’t seem to account for real-life issues that happen during your 30-day policy. You should honor your email confirming a size exchange instead of hiding behind the policy.

Quick Relief
I ordered from Amazon because I wanted the sleave as quickly as possible. I couldn't believe the relief I felt immediately! Now I see why ordering at least two is important. If you wear it to bed you might want to wash it at some point and that can easily be done if you have a spare. I am very happy with this purchase and I'm probably going to order another one.
