Update - after posting this, I received a call letting me know that the refund was in process. Thank you for responding
Received order. Did not like the fit. Emailed customer service ( support) as instructed 3times and called once to learn how to return for refund and have never gotten a response.

When I have to be up and about…
I'm a school crossing guard and always on my feet. For months, I endured excruciating pain in my left side heel. My family doctor had me done x-rays and MRI, and was able to diagnose calcaneal spur. I searched over the internet and found Koprez. I ordered 5 units. It arrived faster than I was expecting and was well packaged. I followed the instructions - to get accustomed. I'm happy to say that I was able to work all my shifts for a minimum of 35 hours, and there was absolutely no pain! When I remove my Koprez compression sock, I'm afraid to walk on my heel. When I have it on, I feel invincible! Thank you Koprez for changing my life!

I've had Plantars for many years
I've had Plantars for many years , this past year a knot appeared on the bottom of my right foot. I thought I would need surgery, but after wear the Koprez adjustable sleeve it is all but gone! And gives me great support for my 9 hour day!
