I am shopping mainly online and the experience I had with my order was a definite disappointment. I regret choosing Kopalnica Online as a shop.
I had two problems with my order and for both I did not get a solution from the support: one part of the toilet system was missing, so the person, who was installing it needed to buy this part from a local shop in order to finish with his job. The support claimed that the part must be in the package, alas it was not.
The second surprise came when we opened the box with the toilet seat. The box was in good condition with no visible bends so it was shocking to find the seat inside broken. It is still in its original plastic wrapping, unopened. We received brand new broken item. I do not believe it got broken during transportation because of the mint condition of the box.
When called the shop, the support claimed there is no way to prove that we did not break it or it was not broken during transport. So they will not do anything about it.
Worst experience ever - you as a customer receive a package with one missing part and one broken item and you as a customer need to deal with it, meaning buy new parts yourself.
We were offered a discount for a new toilet seat. Why would anybody think that we might order again from the same shop? I mean - to receive a discount, buy a new toilet seat and receive a broken one again?
This is not how business is done - selling broken items. We will share this experience as much as we can, hoping to spare somebody from making the same mistake as us - ordering at Kopalnica Online.

We always react responsively and quickly provide a replacement if our customer receives a damaged product. However, in our terms of service and in emails about packages, we ask the buyer to check the item after delivery ASAP.
Your package was delivered on 29.11.2023 and you reported the damage today on 29.1.2024 (exactly 2 months later...). In this case, we, unfortunately, cannot be held responsible for the damage, since it is not reliably known under what circumstances and by whom the product was damaged. And this yours demand cannot be fair.
Regardless, we thank you for this feedback and will make more efforts to ensure that our customers inspect fragile and ceramic items immediately upon delivery. Also, our discount offer on a new toilet seat for you is still valid. Please contact us for it.
