Game change for travel with 9 month old
Such a great item to travel with a 9 month old baby. Having hand free for nap time and a spot to sit and play with toys was a game changer. Inflated and deflated easily, within minutes. Highly recommend.

The best!!!
We just purchased the self inflating sky bunk and kooshian for my 2 year old and 5 year old. It was so well worth it! Our flights were around 14 hours each, we flew Etihad and it was soooo comfortable for both my kids. I didn’t have to stress about how they were going to be comfortable because there were no empty seats available. It was a stress free and comfortable flight where I actually got some rest as well ( I used the sky bunk as a “kooshy” for myself by leaning on it;)) Kooshy kids is definitely a game changer and hoping other major airlines approve it soon. Thank you Kooshy kids, from a frequent long flight travel mama who just had the best 2 flights after a long time!

Fantastic!
My son doesn’t like having anything on his head including hats or beanies. He didn’t want to wear these headphones at first but once he got them on and could hear Spidey playing on the iPad, he didn’t want to take them off! What a fantastic purchase. We are just about to fly domestically and I think they’ll be great for the plane. Thank you Kooshy Kids!

What a life saver!
We were dreading our flight to Toronto from brisbane due to the long hours and first time travelling with our 2 year old toddler. We decided to purchase the sky bunk hoping it’ll help make her sleep better on the flights and it just did wonders. She managed to sleep pretty much throughout both legs and woke up happy.
Prior to her preparing to sleep it acted as an extension of the chair which just made it more comfortable for her to play and sit down during the flight.
our first skybunk wasn’t inflating properly and upon explaining my situation to kooshy kids, without any hesitation sent me a new item ensuring it arrived the day before we fly off. I cannot be any happier with kooshy kids and their service and I hope more families travelling with young toddlers will consider looking into them. It has been such a game changer and cannot recommend this product more. Will be bringing our skybunk bed every time we’re flying.

Will never travel without our kooshion again!!
Bought the kooshion for our most recent holiday as our 4yr old struggles to sit still and I knew 9hours on a plane wasn’t going to be easy. After travelling with the kooshion I will never travel any other way!! First flight he slept 8 of the 9hours after laying down snuggled up with his fox headphones and iPad & on our way home he slept the entire flight(wheels up-wheels down - 8 hours) as again I made sure he was warm, comfy and able to lay down. Made our travel so much easier and stress free.

I've purchased 2 of the Kooshy clouds…
I've purchased 2 of the Kooshy clouds as from some reading, certain airlines didn't allow for the other version.
Our first ever international flights were a success with opportunities for mom to have some shut eye and recharge for the remaining trip. These kids fell asleep on a 4pm flight as soon as the plane started flying.
Thank you Kooshy Kloud! I will certainly recommend to fellow toddler mom's angling for a good rest on their next international flight.

Long distance flights. Long happy memories
We’v got kooshy kloud and travel tray for our long journey to Europe for my 2.5yo son. Travelling along with toddler could be challenging. In fact it’s been a pleasure for both of us. Had so many comments from neighbours on way there and back that they have never seen such a chilled kid of his age on planes. And he is not the most chilled kid at temperament and already experiencing tantrums sometimes. Travel tray has served perfectly for activities and priceless at meal times as it’s wider then food tray and not so wobbly. No spills during meals and no need for too many changes of clothes. Im looking forward to using it on all our travelling in car and on plane etc. years ahead. The big pillow was of much help as well as we travelled with emirates and they don’t accept inflatable footrests.

Worth every cent!
Bought the kushion, inflatable sky bunk and the kloud for my 7yo, 2yo and 9month old baby as we were headed to Europe and I was starting to get super anxious about flying for more than 24 hours 😅 We flew with ANA on the way to London who had no issues with us using them all and then we flew United on the way home and the cabin crew had no issues with us using it either. The pump made it easy to set up/inflate in a matter of minutes.!My kids slept at least 6-8 hours each time, it was the best! When they weren’t sleeping, it helped them to put their feet up and be more comfortable. No regrets buying them and look forward to using them again the next time we fly long haul.

Be Careful as even the airlines they have mentioned won't allow you to use it false advertising. Aegean Airlines and Qatar Airlines wouldn't let us use it I'm very angry and disappointed and wasn't cheap either. I'm going to try and contact consumer affairs about this as it's misleading to what they have put on their website.

Bad customer service and product never…
Bad customer service and product never arrived. It doesn't matter any way as I saw people try to use one of the sky bunks on my flight, and they weren't allowed to use it. Something about the plane change which meant the safety was compromised. Wasn't a good fit either, and I think the person in front was the one complaining as it seemed to encourage the kid to kick the seat. The kid slept the whole flight without it. So did mine, and we just used a pillow over a suitcase. Don't buy from thus company. The owner doesn't seem to be a nice person. I want to support small business with heart. Shame as my sister owns Perths #1 Travel Agency, her recommendation would have meant something.

Airlines don’t accept this, avoid
We spent a fortune on this, only to be told airlines don’t accept (Emirates). Total waste of money for us.
Update, we tried several other airlines since this, none will accept. If you’re flying from the UK, this is likely a waste of time.

Terrible experience
I have recently purchased a Premium Kooshy and upon receipt, discovered that it was poorly made. After a few attempts of trying to find a solution with the company, the company proceeded to ghost me I.e they stopped responding to my emails and blocked me on instagram after I attempted to reach them there. They do not post negative reviews on their website. Do not purchase from them.
A horrible and unethical company.

Fails to show accurate reviews of their products
Like many I was impressed with the product concept and high review ratings of the various products. My social media is flooded with Kooshy kids advertising, which kept bringing me to look at their products and in the end purchase a full priced kooshy kloud.
We recently took it on an overseas holiday and found it just didn’t sit or fit well within our Jetstar seats. Even with various degrees of inflation, it just wasn’t workable to be comfortable for my toddler. My toddler ended up throwing it away and just sleeping on the plane seat.
For the $79.95 price point, it really fell short of our expectations and experience.

I had given a higher star rating in my original review, but this deceptive practice deserves being called out so that consumers can make their decisions informed by facts and honest reviews.

Order two+ months ahead if you're far away.
I understand there was a large quantity of shipments for the birthday sale but my order to Canada was dispatched later than was quoted on the website (it took around 18 business days just to process before it was even shipped for delivery). I ordered at the start of May with regular shipping - and my oder has still not arrived in time for my flight. As I backup I ordered another travel cushion off Amazon which arrived the next day, and which I'll be bringing on my flight.
We changed to premium shipping in mid-May and I suggested sending the parts separately so I could at least get the cushion in time without the pump (since they were waiting for more inventory) but after a certain point my emails were no longer answered. Make sure you read the fine print -- once you order you're locked in without an option to cancel, refund or return. Overall I was excited to try it but I'm now at extra shipping + a new pillow, and won't be able to use it on my trip.

Emailed Louisa as required a Kooshion within one and a half days before flying for a funeral. She organised for a previous customer to lend me one of hers whilst I was waiting for mine to be delivered. WOW!
The lady told me she has had it for three years and uses it in every flight.

Order never dispatched
Would love to be able to give the product a review however three weeks after placing my order the product has not even been displaced from their warehouse. I’ve contacted the company multiple times in regards to having my order dispatched and they keep referring to their busy sales period. Three weeks to dispatch an order is absolutely unacceptable regardless of a sales period. Also good to note they always seem to have a sale on therefore they clearly need to update their business model or hire help to get these orders out. I’ve asked for my order to be dispatched asap or receive a refund and to which they just keep apologising that myself the consumer should have read the terms and conditions and no solution has been offered. Myself and husband both work in the aviation industry and will be sure to let our valued customers know about our reviews of this company.

Have a cooshion which my first child still uses and just bought the sky bunk for my second child. Both great products. Thanks guys. Guy in the factory was a great help when I picked it up. Pumped it up and showed us how to use the seatbelt extender.

I have screenshot everything since it was apparent the customer service (which i later found out was the owner) started her responses soooo disgustingly - the very first response called me a liar - and yes i popped a message on EVERY ad that came up STILL offering a Gift that was no longer available- or at least it has said it wasnt when i ordered. As a repeat buyer (as i had enjoyed supporting this business and had only had one previous issue of another GIFT not being in my order - it was the twice in a row that made me feel jilted!) - funnily enough, the person responding didn't care to treat me as a valuable return shopper - instead was in attack mode from the beginning... i did NOTHING wrong - most of those 37 are responses to you calling me a liar, and then you called me racist- which is impossible against my own asian heritage. You either had a bad day and chose not to back down, or as people will read when they read the independent reviews - you very bad at customer service!?
Please stop - take some accountability- you have real issues - im clearly not the only person you have treated this way. All the good reviews on here are because she offered a deal if they wrote something in support of her bad treatment by what she called "the entitled impatient lot" - i waited a whole month and i was still happy to wait a few more days, yet she cancelled my order (apparently the day before it was due to arrive) does speak of her as the head of her business- she doesn't care about customers, and 100% wont look after you if you have a problem. She takes it as a personal attack if you highlight your confirmation says 4-6 days... I bought over a month before my flight, so how impatient could i really have been?
Also on both here and Product Review she has altered her replies to sound like she cares (i also have screenshots of her initial responses- to one guy saying his items got lostas in the mail and business doesn't care, she practically calls him a cheapskate for not having paid the $3(sic - as it's $3.50 and funnily enough i did pay it and am still not getting my order either) - and tells him it's not her problem Aus Post lost it... she's since (last 24hrs) changed all her responses to sound like she does care!? If you note ALL her positive reviews are since she made the deal to take $$ off - I hope she honours the offer**

The owner decided after my wait of almost a month (the delivery was supposed to be 4-6 business days - but she will say that I missed the notice that said one of my 5 items was on hold - which it didn't say that as I screenshot my purchase) to cancel my order a day before it was meant to arrive. I have no way of now buying elsewhere as the flights (my mum bought me before she died - also known to the owner who personally is the "customer service") is in a few days - I also haven't received an email to say its cancelled or about my refund.
The owner did this to me, a repeat customer of a number of years... I'm so upset I am going to report further- my flight seats were changed to less comfortable seats to accommodate the airlines requirements with the inflatables, and now the owner laughs (literally with emojis) at the discomfort she has put us in.
My heart aches that I once defended this brand when getting slammed elsewhere. The owner is far too overwhelmed, and she is a complete and utter gaslighter, unable to see where she is at fault or how to deal with her websites (constant) "glitches".
It takes a lot of effort to write bad reviews - so even though she thinks anyone complaining is wrong, it'd be helpful for her to one day try take negative feedback well.
Beware if you buy and have a problem- the customer service is NOT healthy!
- oh and she called me derogatory names in posts (that I screenshot) and does teary FB lives where she calls out anyone (with their full name) who writes bad reviews. Obviously, she knows my address- she also let's people know she knows their address (*edit - not subtracting as i have a screenshot that shows the owner telling "Elsie" that the person who (is apparently famous with a Blue Tick) asked for Elsie's address to *fist punch emoji* her for her bad review- owner said "dont worry Elsie, I'll keep your address to myself" - hmmm... doesn't that say something? - and if you really are so friendly with that person who called you a "thief" why couldn't you show the same kindness to myself and the others (I'm now friends with - also people you blocked on IG & FB? ... end edit*) WRITING THIS REVIEW SCARES ME - SO THE FACT SHE HAS MULTIPLE TERRIBLE REVIEWS SHOULD BE A BIG RED FLAG!
The owner needs to hand the customer service reigns to someone without her overwhelmed and abusive ego.
