Scam! Stay away! I placed my $233 order; they texted me to give me Zelle details to send payment. The very next day, they contacted me saying that they needed an additional $231 for taxes and insurance but that $189 (the insurance part) would be returned to me after the order was delivered. I told them I wasn't sending them any more money. When I asked them for my money to be returned; they went radio silent. Total SCAM!
Tried to order 500.00 worth of product,they wanted extra money for insurance after I paid! This website is a COMPLETE SCAM!!! They want you to use Zelle to send money to someones email address, then they want you to, send MORE money for insurance and THEN they say your payment doesn't show in their system (even though I sent screenshots showing they have been paid) then they say please send ANOTHER $200. They stole over $500 from me and refused to refund.

Ordered and paid for products, then they asked for insurance and tax so the delivery would be "hitch free." Delivery never came, and when I contacted them, they then said I would need to pay another $500. No refund and no product. DO NOT ORDER FROM KOOS - Total Scam. They will pay the price...

Same story as everyone else. I tried to purchase $250 worth of product and then they wanted an extra $100 for "insurance".
When I tried to cancel my order and receive a refund they refused and claimed that my order was completed.
DON'T SEND THEM ANYTHING.

Made a purchase over 1000 bucks and hadn’t got a receipt, tracking number for my order nothing. They take forever to get back to your calls and concerns and they play professional to milk you for cash. Never got my product, and got no more responses at all after I gave them a lot of bread. Go to the Potshop cc for wayyyy better service.
