What can i say. Dispatch and delivery are next to non. Receive in a matter of day after purchase. Had to wait day on most sites. So easy to find what i was after too. Prices are about the same everywhere would recommend over any other site. Any day.

Brilliant service! I bought a Loungefly bag from Koolaz. I had never ordered from them before but I definetly will be ordering again! The price was very competitive and the cheapest price I could find anywhere! The delivery was very fast and I was so impressed with how my order had been packaged! The bag came in a large box with 2 layers of bubble wrap surrounding it and then the box was padded out with protectors! I usually order my Loungefly bags from TS and GC but they cost £10 more and the packaging is not a scratch on Koolaz! Koolaz included sweets with the order and I used a discount code which brought the already low price down even further! I would highly recommend Koolaz to anybody! Particularly to Loungefly collectors as Koolaz clearly understand how important good packaging in is protecting the bags!! Thank you very much Koolaz! I will definetly be a returning customer!!
