In Koolaz I found the back pack I was looking for Nightmate before Christmas from Laungefly Brand

This was my first order from Koolaz and it arrived pretty quickly. Once I opened the box though the manufacturing quality was not very good. I emailed Koolaz and provided pictures upon request. Zoe who I was dealing with said she would open the rest of the stock left for me and I could pick a bag I wanted as it seemed the manufacturer had had a problem with them. I was sent a postage label via email and I selected the bag I wanted. Once returned I received my replacement within days. My new bag is fantastic and I can’t wait to use it. Zoe was brilliant through out the return and answered all my emails quickly. The price of the bag was good the bag is beautiful and the customer service is fantastic. I will definitely buy from them again. I can’t complement Zoe enough

Faulty items they won’t exchange or return!

As I mentioned I am not happy to pay for return postage for an item that I believe is faulty. Your responses about me receiving a refund have been vague particularly when I have mentioned that I removed the tags as I was about to use the bag when I noticed the fluff sticking to it in all the rough (faulty) areas. As mentioned, I have contacted Loungefly direct to ask if this is normally for their bags. When I receive a response (I’m expecting them to respond that they consider this faulty) then I will again be in touch.
Original message: I ordered a Loungefly backpack. Once I went to use it, I noticed that some parts of the bag have a weird texture, like they are missing parts of the coating. I don’t think this is normal and worry the print on the bag will wear quickly but koolaz are insisting this is normal and refusing my to return for an exchange or a refund.
This was an expensive bag, so I’m really angry at having received a substandard item, which is possibly either faulty or counterfeit. I’m waiting for Loungefly to directly respond to me about the condition of the bag.

We are sorry you feel angry, despite our help to resolve this matter.
We have not refused a return for a replacement or a refund.
As we explained in our email the bag isn’t counterfeit or faulty. We checked our stock and all the Nickelodeon Nick 90s backpacks are the same and have the same texture.
Therefore we wouldn’t advise returning for an exchange as you would be getting another bag with the same texture that you are unhappy with.
However we have offered a refund on return, if the bag fulfils the return/refund policy criteria, unused and with tags.
We do not manufacture the bags, we are an Official Loungefly Retailer, therefore all our Loungefly stock comes direct from Funko Europe.
We have tried to resolve this matter and we are sorry you still feel unhappy.
