It's a scam, do not order.

Horrible!!!

I ordered 8 bike racks on retrolina.com. It took ages before I received them but Kookyfinds (?) pulled the money from my account immediately. When I wanted to return the goods (they didn’t fit) they just started ignoring me. Rosh Bakir is apparently the contact person. I just lost 121 USD. Unevelievable!

Just got totally ripped off by these guys. 70 bucks worth of ripped off. If you need anything they may have,,, buy it somewhere else,,they give us corona virus,,, then steal our money,,,

THIS IS A SCAM!! TERRIBLE SERVICE! DO NOT USE THEM!!
I placed an order, they charged my cc and after one week I sent an email asking for a delivery date. Some guy named "Rosh" sent me the following:
The tracking number will be updated soon,not worry.Delivery time is 14 - 31 days,you will receive your order soon". Now it's been 3 weeks and he sends the same email. No tracking number, no phone number to call...I called my cc and reported it as fraud and got refunded.

I ordered my things back in October and it’s not arrived, I wish I looked at reviews before buying from there because I was actually really looking forward to what I ordered, I saw someone recommend going to this site instead of another one as well! Wish I never bought from here. -10/10 would not recommend EVER

KookyFinds or Kokolify BAD. BAD. BAD!! Less than 5 stars. They take your money real quick but never deliver. Run around from Rosh or whatever his name is. Contacted my bank immediately for FRAUD because this company is taking advantage of consumers and totally incompetent. Listen to ALL the real reviewers the others are by staff or family. You should be ashamed!! Bad business Bad people. Karma is a beeatch people!!

Scammers! Don’t order anything posted on Instagram until you have read reviews! My order never arrived and their website no longer works!!

This is obviously nothing new....I have been waiting for my order from 2/28/20.....still nothing....as with most of you....yes they closed their shop but accepted my credit card. Anyone have info on who these crooks are???

What a bad experience dealing with this guys. I did order one infrared thermometer and a set of masks. After almost two months of complaining got 1 package with disposable masks which was part of the order. Then after one week later a thermometer out of specs was received. A thermometer used for air conditioning technicians use and not for domestic use as requested and shown on their advertising. 4 pieces of masks did never arrive but will not waste more time with this garbage. I am surprised they are not in prison and instead keep scamming people.

They charged my credit card, but never sent an email to indicate the order, nor have they given me a hipping date.The phone line is always busy... even at 2am.

I am going to say Scammers and notify the BBB.

DITTO! DITTO! DITTOI!!!! They charged my card on 3/20 and it's now May 4th! $61 worth of masks have NOT been delivered. Their number has a busy tone and I haven't had any response via email either! THEIVES!!!

They are a BIG ZERO. They charge you but never send you the order. I ordered rubber gloves a month ago and today is May 1st and no gloves. They keep giving empty promises. Never order from Kookyfinds plus they changed their name. Now it's Gabalagooods. Be aware.. and they are in China. Star is not 1 but 0.

Charged my card 3/26/20 it's 4/29/20 and nothing. Email address and website not found! I see online they're starting a completely new website through shopify called Gabalagoods. SCAMMERS.

Scammers! No response, no package, no refund. It's been 5 months since my order. Scam!

Let me add to the chorus of boo's from these guys.

They keep telling you the product has shipped, but offer no proof that it actually has shipped,
After telling you they can't provide a refund multiple time because the item has shipped, they finally send you
a tracking number which shows that the item is still in Malaysia,

I am still waiting for the item I ordered a month ago.

Don’t order from these crooks. I ordered N-95 masks and they never arrived. I received false tracking info and lies over email from people supposedly at customer service. Had to get my money back from my bank. Stay away from these crooks. Nothing but scam artists.

Ordered minipods 3/29/20, no response, with status of shipment, but payment receipt in my bank account, contacted kookyfind Yahoo email, kicked back mailer Daemon failure notice, don't know how to contact, probably gonna place dispute with my bank

Website shutdown after I ordered. Now has a new name and website

It’s a scam. Do not order. They are preying on people through this Horrible time. The email now doesn’t even work. I got my money back because of PayPal. Just go to the credit holder you used and file a complaint that you got scammed. Trust me this place isn’t real and they are disgusting.
