I ordered an item and carefully checked my email for updates. I was not given any tracking information, only an expected arrival date. Apparently the package was delivered with no email update. I contacted the company and was told it had already been delivered. After looking at the tracking information, only provided upon request, I noticed the item had been left outside.
This company refunded my money, with no email update. And I was told I am not able to reorder. So no ability for me to order and pay for what I want. I have had many packages delivered in the last 6 months with no problems.
Good luck running a business like this.

For security and fairness, our policy is to provide tracking information upon request, and we always rely on the courier’s delivery confirmation. In this case, the courier confirmed the package was delivered, but to ensure you weren’t left out of pocket, we processed a full refund immediately.
Please note that when a delivery dispute arises, we are unable to resend the same item again as a replacement. This protects both our genuine customers and our business from potential misuse.

The flints and striker were well packaged and delivered promptly. Quality and price was very good and they came in very useful jute bags.
Overall great quality products at a very reasonable price.
