Their bras are not bras as we know them to be, they advertised some nice bras but sent me tacky rubbish with no cups just a piece of sponge on each side, very poor quality and not what they're advertising at all.
Complete rip off/scam and at this moment I'm trying to get my £35.90 back. Please steer clear of this Chinese shop and don't be fooled like I was as it's really stressful and insulting. Steer clear of crooks in China!..

Even one star is too much. I read from another customer the trouble they had getting a refund. First they offered me the same amount as I spent on buying something else from their site, then they offered me a larger amount of money to spend on line. These i turned down. They now offered me a complete refund if I return the goods to China or 50% off what I spent and keep the goods. I am still fighting this as I do not wish to accept either - why should I have to pay for the return. Terrible company, my advice DO NOT USE

I purchased 3 bras from Konly only to receive shoddy, unfinished, non supporting bras. I had big problems trying to obtain the 30 day money back guarantee. It doesn't exist. They don't care. After umpteen emails they stated that I had to pay for return postage then when received the bras would need to be inspected and would take 45 day before any refund would be made. There final offer was keep the bras and have a 50% refund. In view of the postage costs and all the hassle I agreed to this. I have received the refund and wore one if the bras the other day. When I raised my arms the bra lifted above my nipples. No structure at all in these bras and no sufficiant strap adjustment either. In their advert the bras look to be good quality with no comparison to what I received. Do not buy from this company. They are scamming customers.

My item was very small and not at all as the size chart indicated. I asked to return it. They said they would exchange but said if that did not fit they would not refund. I declined that offer as I was sure the item would not fit correctly.

They have since ignored all requests for my refund.

Terrible service. Do not buy from them.

Too many of these insects are surfacing. I have been duped 3 times. Never buy without looking up the reviews. Always avoid unknown companies like this one

Don't go near this fraudulent thieving company. I've been waiting 3 weeks for purchase. They ignore emails and ignore requests for refunds
They are yet another Chinese company churning out substandard tat and stealing our money. Stay away from them!

Absolutely shocking service from Konle. My mother ordered a bra that didn’t fit, and customer service promised a replacement in a larger size—telling her to throw away the original. It’s now over six weeks, and we still haven’t received anything. No updates, no apologies, just endless waiting. This is unprofessional, frustrating, and completely unacceptable. I would strongly warn anyone against buying from this company until they get their act together.

Bought 3 pairs of bras, extra large, they nowhere near fitted, plus they looked quite shoddy and nothing like the original items and it cost me 39.00 Trying to get a refund is a complete nightmare Would definitely steer clear of these people con artists

Never buy from this company. The sizes are tiny and not what us advertised then they refuse to refund or let you return. I will be reporting them to the office of fair trade.

I ordered 3x bras, but on arrival they were so small I contacted konly immediately to obtain a return address and request a refund.
Two days later I recieved an email stating not to return the brasa but they would provide me with a credit note to spend on their site.
I replied and said I didnt want a credit note and wanted a refund.
Another email arrived today stating no refund but they would provide a credit note for the amount spent plus a further 50% to spend on their site. My reply to them was that I would NOT be reviewing them in a positive light. This is not a trustworthy company. Do not buy from this unscrupulous company.

BUYER BEWARE!

Avoid. Absolutely useless. Poor quality, badly finished garments. No return slip

I would not even give them one star, I ordered goods over 6 weeks ago they took payment immediately and all I'm getting is excuses. Goids are in transit, goods are held in customs, I'm waiting to hear back from dispatchers a load of crap. I contacted customs no goods waiting to be cleared. Stay away from this company. I'm now considering legal action to get my payment returned.
