The interface is very unfriendly

The interface is very unfriendly. After ordering the photos, I didn't receive any confirmation of payment or a download link. I tried to reach them both by phone and email, but nothing seemed to work.

I can only hope I will get the photos or my money back.

We did look into your case right away: you placed the order yesterday, and we replied 15 minutes later with a new download link. If you haven’t seen our message yet, please check your spam/junk folder and search for emails from Konfettifotos. If it’s still not there, we’ll resend the link immediately and make sure you can access your photos without any delay.

Your comment about the interface is heard. We’re reviewing the post-checkout flow and email confirmations so it’s clearer where to find the download link.

When I have to choose Fotos then can’t…

When I have to choose Fotos then can’t see the Real Photo, I am disappointed

Dear Muhammad,

thank you for your feedback — I’m sorry this felt disappointing.

A quick clarification: the preview images in our shop show a visible watermark on purpose. This is to protect children’s privacy and prevent unauthorized sharing. The watermark is only on the preview, never on the files or prints you receive. Your final photos are delivered in full resolution and without any watermark.

To better judge the image, please use the zoom/magnifier in the gallery — you can check focus, expressions, and framing (the watermark remains, but the photo quality itself is unaffected). If anything still seems off, just message us with your gallery code or order number and we’ll help right away — either by fixing the issue or, if needed, making things right according to our policy.

If this resolves your concern, we’d be grateful if you could update your review to reflect the outcome. Thanks again for raising this — it helps us improve the experience.

Konfettifotos exceeded my expectations

Konfettifotos exceeded my expectations. I love that they allow the children to move around during the photo shoot. It is so hard to keep children still to get good photos. My daughters photos turned out so good. There were so many photos to choose from to get the ones I liked best. Of course I got them all I couldn't decide. In my opinion the prices were great and there was even a coupon provided. I wish I could have gotten the group photo as a digital photo to but after reading some of the other reviews I understand completely why they only provide it for print.
