In Brussels, Etterbeek, at Cours Saint Michel buildings (2002), the control unit of the only lift burnt on 2nd June. The estimated repair time (KONE is as well the maintenance contractor) is early September.
Eight floors without a lift for at least 3 months… if you are thinking in buying an apartment, think twice if the lift is from KONE
