My already paid Abonnement is lost and will not be renewed! Because of a change of my smartphone from a business-device to a private device this problem occurred.
Although the business- and private mail-address is known the responsable people at komoot refuse to handle this problem.🤷‍♂️

I like the app, but I would be more pleased if it were possible to import gpx files more easily.

The old planing routes was better but for exploring is amazing with this app

It’s opened up rides that I never would have found. Clear and concise instructions make it really easy to follow. It’s definitely the best cycling app that I have come across for my particular needs.

Sadly bendingspoons is about to crash this once great app-website as they did with Vimeo or wetransfer.
The new mobile layout for route planning is confusing, the constant reminders of „great deals“ that suck and squeeze the last penny out of your pocket for something you already payed years ago like „world package“.

This is the buggiest, most poorly designed app I have ever had the misfortune of trying to use. It has so many features that make it incredibly frustrating to use, I would really recommend using anything else if you can. Not only that, but I paid for the lifetime subscription, and they have the cheek to hit me with premium "blocks" every time I try to do anything in the app (although it isn't really blocked).

Just to be clear, instead of using this app, I would recommend you go knocking on doors until you find someone with a route you like, get them to draw it out for you, from memory, on toilet paper (single ply), using lemon juice and a toothpick, and use that to navigate, in the rain, and the wind; this would be preferable by far, I promise you.

I love using Komoot to find new hikes or plan bike rides. The offline map upgrades are amazing too, especially when you know you will visit regions without network coverage

I prépare my route with Komoot end it is a Good application.

don’t even bother downloading it. if you have a problem with this app you won’t get a human, you’ll have days of pointless repetitive questioning by their stupid ai chatbot, then they’ll close your case without a resolution. but they’ll happily take your money! ridiculous

Excellent and trustworthy app for planning bike and walking routes worldwide. My nr1 app for both finding planning trips.

Routing is almost excellent. But when things go wrong it stays that way.

The must have App for adventure across Europe.

Everything you need ! I tried several others and this is the most complete and the simplest to use.

Komoot is my go to ride planner. Way cheaper than Strava and not nearly as pushy feeling as Strava either. If you want to plan a ride I’d suggest using Komoot.

Komoot is OK for hiking, but forget it on a bike and get a Wahoo or Garmin or whatever!
Constantly going out of screen, which makes you manually recenter on the iphone ( better not while riding ) "take a right" when there's 3 right options and you have to stop and zoom in to find out which one, random " now make a U turn" messages in the most annoying, bored female voice possible, impossible to find out how to simply reverse the direction of a tour...
And don't even get me started on the tour planning on their website ( or inside the app for that matter )! Whoever designed that program must have the most counter intuitive brain on the planet. It's a nightmare. It jumps to routes or randomly decides routed it thinks you need to take.
Sometimes I wonder if developers actually use their own apps!

Have used Komoot for years. It’s excellent, completely reliable. Wouldn’t use anything else.
