Change itinerary
I booked my Train ticket to Pau for 24-December-2025 itinerary for evening train. My booking is confirmed. It is Xmas Eve and the travelling transportations are hectic and extremely busy everywhere. On 6-Nov-2025 I wanted to change my evening ride to morning ride. I tried to change the time from the Kombo app but no avail. Hence, I contacted the Kombo helpdesk via WhatsApp chat. The customer service were fast to response and I even asked them to change my itinerary as per my request and they did! Just from the WhatsApp texting. This is excellent customer service by Kombo teams. They define the next level of customer service. Excellent! Bravo!

I tried booking my train twice
I tried booking my train twice, and paid twice and both times my reservation cancelled.
Taiing each time 2-7 days to get my money back (have not yet received it ).
A waste of time. Had to buy the tickets somewhere else

Wasted money
I haven't received my ticket by email, the app doesn’t allow me to download it, and on top of that, it cannot be canceled.
I booked my tickets in advance, and with other operators you can always access your tickets directly in the app, even if they don’t arrive by email. I expected the same level of service here, but instead I had to repurchase tickets through another company, and with this one I just lost my money

When I replied to you on the customer support, this is what I've explained you:
- The tickets are sent by Ouigo to the email address you entered when booking your trip.
- You can always access your Ouigo booking using the following link : https://ventas.ouigo.com/es-ES/after-sale/details
As you mentioned, you booked your trip in advance on July 18th, but you contacted us only on September 7th at 11:20 pm for a departure planned the next morning at 7:27 am. Unfortunately, as it's mentioned in many places, our customer support team is available from 9am until 22:30 pm every day.
Regarding the cancellation, it's true that Ouigo trains are not refundable, they are exchangeable but unless you use Ouigo SWAP the company does not provide a refund in case of cancellation as it's indicated in the conditions when you select the train.
I am sorry that you couldn't get a reply before your departure, and that we understand it was a stressful situation.
We remain available via WhatsApp or email if you have any further questions.
