STAY AWAY! Terrible customer service! Bought two 101 Copenhagen Brutus Dining Chair from their website 24th March and receives an email from Imran same day that order will be with me a week later. I followed up on April 8th, and then 15th. Then they informed me that they changed their vendor and shipping is with a new system. I cancelled my order but they refused cancellation. Chairs were delivered on April 24th, 1 MONTH LATER! Imran is refusing my return requests and is not taking any responsibility. I have filed a complained with Nævnennes Hus( customer complaint body). Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

This has been very stressful from the start....

All of our needs for the remodeling of our kitchen were attended to with professional expertise and efficiency. We are most impressed with the knowledge of our supplier and the excellent and personalized customer service.

I went by Køl & Komfur yesterday with some additional questions on a product I had from them and I was met by the biggest smile and the kindest response to all of my enquires. It was a breath of fresh air to feel like I could ask all of my questions, knowing I would be met with such the patience. I would recommend their service to anyone!

We were looking for a new gas stove came and across Køl and Komfur's website with a wide assortment of new and reconditioned premium models. None of the items on display fit our specifications so we passed by the store and met Jacob, who was very quick to understand our precise needs and work within our budget. Within two days he was able to offer us a reconditioned ILVA that was perfect in every respect - and deliver the following day. After sales service (installation, conversion to town gas) has been prompt and efficient (and unusually friendly) with additional tips on how to get the most out of ILVA's many possibilities. We wouldn't hesitate to purchase with Køl and Komfor again or recommend others to do so.
