Tall claim but poor quality, only price is OK

They are not good because of these
1 what they display in website is totally different than actual colour
2 very poor n smelly cloth quality
3 They fabric design patterns like are printed , but in good quality shirt striped or checked fabrics are woven with different colour of threads.
4 Sizing issues of their size chart
5 Poor customer service
6 They claim 23000 customers they served already but that's doubtful considering the colour runs after 1st washing

Dont know about their shirts

Dont know about their shirts, but the customer service is definitely the worst! They have no coordination between their logistics company. My product was delivered still it showed undelivered on their tracking company and they kept calling/ messaging me again and again to keep money ready (I had already paid in cash and received my parcel 24 hours earlier). this is very annoying. When I showed them the screenshot of my parcel they said it's not our product! when i sent them the full product pic again then they accepted its theirs and apologized. It was very unpleasant experience as a customer, So do not go for their COD option at all, they can be very unpredictable.
