Great platform, takes all the stress out of compiling crypto accounts, personally I bought the wrong package and had to contact customer support, the service I received was second to none, emails was replied to within minutes and refund processed within 24hrs, Excellent 👌

Koinly has been pretty useful -- I've used it from 2022 to 2025 and intent do continue to use it for filing taxes. I've had to edit several transactions manually, but the vast majority imported and synced correctly. Without Koinly or something similar, it would have been a bigger headache to file taxes.

A great piece of kit that keeps you out of jail! Koinly was so simple to use and simply did all the number crunching at the click of a button. I shall be using this for calculating future crypto tax

Calculating for taxes in Canada is hard, however Koinly made it really simple. Not only is it simple to use but Koinly has a massive help section that explains how current taxes for your country work and it is updated Yearly. Will Continue to use Koinly, it saves me time and stress.

Koinly makes the dread of tax time simple, especially when you have many crypto buys and sells to deal with. Without a service like Koinly, I don't think multible buys and sells would be worth the headache, Thankyou Koinly for simplifying things so well.

I just finished having the best customer service experience I can recall in recent memory, perhaps ever, with Carl at Koinly.io

I had misplaced not only my password but also the ability to access my Koinly account login email (boo Skiff.com) and was faced with losing 3 years of annual transaction reports...what a sinking feeling

However, thanks to prompt and adept professionalism of Carl, he was able to thoroughly verify my account ownership without making me feel the slightest bit inconvenienced and provide me with my previously generated reports

The amount of time, headache, hassle and hard conversations he saved me from isn't easy to express without giving detail, but let's just Carl helped me avoid a sh*tshow couple of days.

I'm taking the time to write this because elite team members like Carl can be rare to encounter these days, but I certainly lucked out and cannot thank him enough for his assistance.

P.S. Carl is probably overdue for a promotion in my humble opinion ;-)

Take away all your worries it’s quick and easy this is the second year I have used Koinly I don’t know what I would have done without it to be honest I’m not a trader but even with a small amount of purchases and sells and they soon add up it would have been impossible for me to work out my tax liability

The tax is easy to do a very simple progress, also a video you can watch by koinly step to step guide in filling out tax for us aussie's. Highly recommend the service to anyone.

This software is a bit of a life saver. I've been able to organise wallets from binance, okcoin, coinbase, revolut, uphold and exodus into a single hmrc compliant set, spanning 5 years. I don't think i would have been able to face it otherwise.

It did seem to struggle with importing Binance data, both the API and file imports, although maybe that was a binance issue, or maybe it was me I'm not sure - hence 4 stars and not 5.

Either way, once everything was in, it was very easy to consolidate all the partial fills and other nightmares that crypto transactions present.

They are obviously working to improve the software as well, so I definitely recommend.

I’ve been using Koinly for two years with no issues, including no problems with tax filing. I just connect my wallets and exchanges, and the app pulls in the transactions and prepares the HMRC report. I don’t have to calculate anything manually. It’s simple, it works, and the price is reasonable. I highly recommend it!

Easy to use crypto tracker and tax reporting software. Some of the newer tokens take awhile to integrate into their wallet API. However you can create manual wallets for other random chains. I would like to see an AI agent be able to assist me in fixing transactions with missing cost or incorrect token amounts like I have with BNB chain.

The ease of connecting to my exchange and access to the Tax Office surprised me.

The reporting was very accurate and helpful, making tax time much easier and leaving me very satisfied.

I was having a hard time getting my head around taxing for crypto so I got Koinly & it took care of what I needed to submit. Good job👍🏽

Leveraged Perpetual Funds (or futures) do not automatically populate in your tool. I had to manually enter 1500+ transactions - especially trades that were 'shorts'. Not sure how this could be coded into your program, however, automatically identifying 'longs' and 'shorts' on leverage instruments would put your tool above all others.

I had been procrastinating filing my federal return due to a large volume of taxable crypto transactions. I cannot vouch for other tax software, but with TurboTax, Koinly was extremely easy to use. And the price, based on number of transactions, was reasonable.
