Poor customer service and tatty packaging

Ordered a coat online from koibird, really suprised at how tatty and scruffy the packaging was that it arrived it. Like it had just been dumped in a box they had reused. Made packaging it back up for a return very difficult. Never experienced this from places that sell designer clothing before, considering they are a stand alone boutique you would expect that some care would be taken. Also upon shipping of my item I received an email from a member of staff saying that if I needed any help to contact her. I emailed her as my item was not delivered on the specified day, her response was to contact the courier myself. All in all pretty rubbish customer service. They also do not provide you with any invoice or returns label in the package so you have to request a return, wait for them to process it and send you a returns label which you then have to print, no option for a service that doesn’t require a printer. All in all pretty rubbish customer service.

My first order was cancelled and a refund email sent without explanation.
However the site for these bikinis are still selling them and have all sizing in stock.
I used a discount code which went through that KOIBIRD was advising on FIRST ORDER , so I suspect they did not honour this.
Very poor!!!
I have contacted to them for many times ,but no one reply.
