Good experience.

Have worked twice with Vita at Købersmægler and she is extremely swift in her response, thorough in the review of the documents and provided very clear advice. The partner we needed
We were looking to buy a house in Copenhagen shortly after arriving in Denmark. We did a fair bit of research but soon realized that we didn’t have all the answers and could really do with a partner who could help us navigate the buying process.
Line was recommended to us and after speaking to her it became clear why: she knows the area and the different parties well, has insight into both the seller and buyer side of the transaction, and is an expert negotiator. During several informal conversations, Line gave us invaluable advice and it was clear she really enjoys using her experience to help. She was exactly the type of partner we were looking for which led us to sign an agreement with Købersmægler to help us purchase a house.
We found an interesting property and she was able to negotiate a price that we would not have dared to put forward ourselves. Line then handed over to Christine who expertly guided us through the legal and administrative processes so that we could move in as quickly as possible. Highly recommended!
