Concerns about KoBre Holdings

I have reason to believe that there may be questionable shenanagans vis-a-vis the operations of various of the companies owned by KoBre Holdings (Counterpoint Mutual Funds, Jett Ventures, CORE financial). I, and others, are increasingly concerned that there may be unethical behavior that could seriously jeopardize investors in these companies. I don’t know for sure, so I can’t honestly make any specific claims at this point. Maybe they are innocent of what we suspect them of. I’m simply saying tread very carefully if you are considering investing in any of these firms.
