We understand your disappointment about the expected and not received shipment, but DPD informed us that there were two attempts to contact you regarding the payment of the customs tax, but after receiving no response from your side, the shipment was returned to us.
After submitting your name and surname in our systems, we can see that three orders were placed and two of them were successfully delivered to Denmark with the Itella company.
Unfortunately, the shipment to the UK did not reach you, we are sorry about that.

Delivery service is horrible. It’s says on website 6-10 working days, but already waiting more than 2 weeks, and no updates. Poor service. Hopefully at least the product will be worth the price.
