They are selling fake shoes, and no they do not take them back!
I’ve tried sending emails, it’s all a scam

This site is not to be trusted. Bought sneakers which were obvious fakes. Emailed them telling them so and all they offered was a discount for another pair. Great, a discount for another pair of fakes. Stay well clear

A scam company, watch out, do not buy! I received 2 pairs of fake Ascics. They run very small. I want to send it back and get a refund but they do not cooperate. Illegal!

Customer support helped me pick the right size and they were friendly, though the process could have been a bit smoother.

Counterfeit shoes

Ordered ASICS Kayano 31 Gel training shoes which are not genuine article but a fake copy. I have contacted Kobery customer desk several times by email over the last 10 days and they are yet to send me a "return label" so I can return them. Appalling customer service. Tried calling help line but get the same response "no one here to take your call". This is clearly not a legitimate business. I have contacted ASIC's to inform them "fake goods" are being sold on this site.
