Very bad company Kobert-Goods

Hi!
It is very bad company.
I know this company from Amazon.
I has never problem with Amazon before.
I has buy my first time from Kobert-Goods.de her.
It is was not good camera and I can not to send back.
It is cost more expensive than camera. Kobert-Goods do not care about this.
After my 3 letters to them they answered, that they do not care how much I must to pay. It is not they problems. It is my problem. They answer with very bad tone to me that it is last answer from them.
It is my first experience with such service.
I can not to use the camera from Kobert-Goods. I cannot to send it back and have my money back.
I ask you think very good before you will buy something fromKobert-Goods and Amazon.
