I tried to obtain an address to return them, as their website said full refund would be given if product not satisfactory. After many emails to the company I could not get an address to return them. Bought a ring which was very poor quality so asked to return it which took weeks of emails to get the process then they said I had to return it to China which would cost st least £10.

My friend's dog had passed away and I saw a lovely necklace with a dog pendant on koala and I purchased one. I thought it was silver and cost £32.99.
Customer Service and the tracking was not good, but eventually I managed to track it on Yodel. It stated it was from Aliexpress. I looked it up on their website and saw that the necklace cost just £1.80. I opened a dispute with my bank and they refunded me. This is the 4th scam I've had from various bogus companies in 2 months. It is shocking.

Do not buy from this company. They are selling the same cheap rubbish that you get on Temu for a fraction of the cost. All Koala do is present it on a 'Western' style website at a huge markup. Very clever. Very duplicious.
I should have known better as the descriptions on their website are intentionally vague.
I ordered a ring for my daughter for £24.99. It was advertised as being reduced from nearly 3 times that. I later discovers the same ring on Temu for £2.99.
It arrived from China after 3 weeks in a cheap dirty plastic pouch placed in a jiffy bag - no ring box, no receipt, no branding. The ring was cheap metal.
Absolute rip-off. Avoid at all costs.

I sent in a review a few days ago. Complaining how bad this company is. I had a so called response from them, but their so called 'Customer Services does not exist as far as I can see. Have left it now in the hands of Pay-Pal in the hope they can sort it out and I get my money refunded. I doubt if they will get a response from their. Their so called email adress doesn't exist. I shall certainly be a bit more careful who I order from next time. So annoyed with myself.

Awful ! Paid £22 for a pair of earrings which the website were advertising at a reduction from £80! The photos made the item look like genuine silver. Took two weeks to arrive in a shoddy envelope with a postal mark of Hong Kong. Upon opening the item the earrings are clearly awful plastic toot and put in a plastic packet. I feel cheated of my monies! May as-well have burnt £22! I wish I had checked the reviews on them before buying. This company is a scammer!

Do not order from this company. They ignore your emails, despite me sending them the exact information they requested.
On the 5 November 2025 I ordered a pair of vintage amber earrings for £22.40. I was looking forward to receiving them, but 3 weeks later, after no contact from Koala to advise about why the delivery delay, I received a totally different pair of cheap, pink stone earrings that I really would never wear because they looked very cheap and of extremely poor quality. I emailed Koala and received a reply on 29 November, within 2 days, which was hopeful, to advise I send photos and order no/proof of purchase. I was confused as I'd sent this info already to the customer service email. However, I again sent photos of what I'd ordered, what I'd received, photo of the invoice and order no. I heard nothing and again emailed the details on 1 December. I've heard nothing at all and do not understand;
Why this company is still allowed to trade, given the appalling ratings and number of negative reviews?
Why have Trading Standards not become involved as they are clearly a dishonest company?
What should I do to further my complaint and help get this company taken down or at least respond and deal with the hundreds of complaints?

Nothing like the photo
Nothing like the photo - poor quality and over priced. Delivery was delayed by weeks. Have started refund process but they are taking ages and delaying me by asking I would like money off next purchase instead of a refund! Having read these reviews I may not bother with refund process as have to pay for sending them back and sounds like you often don’t get money back. £20 not well spent - it’s a taught me a lesson!

I have already contacted your team and I have not received the support that the website assures customers of. I have been told via email that I have to pay to return the item by recorded mail and then a refund will be considered. On the website, however, it says that returns are free of charge, and that shopping with the site is secure. I have found both to be false, and will begin a fraud complaint with my bank to recover the money if the issue is not sorted. I maintain that the site is a scam.
