No customer support whatsoever. Wanted to buy a product twice, but due to a technical problem the payment did not go through. Never had this problem before. Contacted customer support to sort out the issue, but got no reply. If they don't reply when you want to buy something and give them money, then I don't want to know what their support is like when you actually want to return an item that doesn't fit or that is faulty.
