Arrived on time and completed a service really swiftly. He was quite friendly and I think overall it was good value

I disagree with the negative comment based on my experience of work completed. Being a seasoned individual who has employed numerous trades in past. Work completed efficiently, politely and it was even confirmed as good work by the company who did the gas safety certificate.

I have never seen a more RUDE and non professional person more than Simon. He is really nice only till he convinces you to install a new boiler. You will call him to fox your old boiler and he would be nice enough to convince you for a new one and after that if you ever contact him he will never answer your calls for months nor reply your msgs even after reading them.

I can without hesitation recommend Simon. Skilful, professional and hard working - someone to have complete confidence in.

Simon and Lewis fitted our Central Heating system. They did an exceptional job and the quality of their workmanship was 5 star. I would recommend them in every aspect of the job without hesitation.

I cannot recommend Simon (KNS Heating) highly enough.
From start to finish Simon was extremely professional, friendly and courteous. He explained what he would be doing and how long it would take.
Our old gravity fed boiler was being taken out of the kitchen and a new combi boiler was being installed in the garage.
Simon was very respectful of our home and covered all flooring at the start of each day and vacuumed at the end of each day.
We even had a visit from him the following day, just to check that everything was OK.
We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Simon (KNS heating) to anyone.

Turned up when he promised did a super job of installing an unvented cylinder, was very competitive on his pricing, left the place as he found it,
And yes I am a plumber as well but I don’t have an unvented ticket

Simon from KNS Heating removed our broken hot water cylinder, and fitted a new combi boiler with great attention to detail
Was very helpful in selecting our new boiler, with no pressure to go for the most expensive, but one that would be reliable and offered a good guarantee.
Would recommend talking to him if you have a heating problem.
He also left everything clean and tidy

Simon Bonfield was introduced by a retail bathroom fitter as a good heating engineer. At every stage he turned up when he said he would & did what he promised. When the hard work was done & the brand new boiler faulted, he calmly sorted the issue, changed the unit the following day, & completed on time. He worked very neatly & tidily & we are delighted.

Would absolutely recommend and have recommended to many friends and family who have all been just as impressed. Great prices, super quick responses to call outs and couldn’t fault! Chuffed to have found someone local Who does such a great job!

I have used Kns a number of times for boiler installs on different properties and servicing and have always found them to be professional and accommodating

We'd had them do minor jobs for us and we'd been pleased with what they had done so when it came to a refurbishment we were doing we asked KNS. They worked long hard days and the finish was excellent. We found them professional and trustworthy

Needed new boiler and total system overhaul. Simon made some helpful suggestions and put in the new system. He arrived on time and the work was carried out efficiently, very cleanly to a very high standard. Although we were on a budget, I am very pleased at how much better the system is. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Simon of KNS heating has looked after my gas heating and plumbing in my rental portfolio for a number of years. He has also completed several bathroom refurbishments to an excellent standard. Highly personable, efficient and helpful. I would highly recommend.
