Not Worth It

Note: A partial refund of $1,750 was offered as part of a proposed settlement agreement that included a non-disparagement clause. My understanding is conditioning even a partial refund on my agreement to such a broad gag clause is precisely the kind of practice regulators have warned against, and it is not something I am willing to accept.

I enrolled in a 3-month coaching program for $6000 and discontinued after six weeks because it wasn’t the right fit for what I was looking for.

For context, I have worked extensively in the health and longevity space, including serving as a Microsoft Health Ambassador and Google Health Co-Chair. I value structured, evidence-based programming with a clear implementation systems.

My concern was generalized vs personalized guidance, a lack of a proactiveness, lack of a defined plan and structured execution. While the program outlines personalized coaching, nutritional guidance, fitness planning, and regular progress assessments, I assumed that at this price point a clearly defined execution system of how we would get there would be included — such as a weekly measurable goals, defined tracking metrics or KPIs, identification and tracking of behavioral targets, a documented plan, and ongoing review of food or training data.

Instead, guidance was general recommendations, PDFs or links, high-level suggestions (e.g., hydrate more, increase carbs, read a fiction book, walk without music, use the sauna), AI-generated recaps of discussions, and communication primarily via WhatsApp. There was no clearly defined execution framework or structured accountability system, despite my asking for this. Andres and team does not proactively check in, all reactive via WhatsApp. Also, Andres would often say he felt disrespected when I compared him/program to others.

There were positives — including a thoughtful physician consult and one meaningful discussion around stress and recovery. Andres is clearly passionate about health.

At this price point, had I fully understood the format and structure of the program, especially all that was not included, I would not have enrolled. I didn't think I was paying $6000 to be told to hydrate more, read a fiction book, stress less and eat more carbs. Prospective clients should clarify in advance exactly what deliverables, structure, and accountability systems will be included to ensure expectations are aligned.

Hi Joyti,

I respect that the program ultimately was not the right fit for your preferred coaching format. However, several statements in this review materially conflict with the documented record of our work together.

Across weekly recorded calls, written agendas, shared action plans, and extensive WhatsApp communication, you received individualized protocols addressing nutrition, nervous system regulation, sleep optimization, supplementation strategy, and fitness programming. Nutrition targets were prescribed with precise macronutrient parameters and implementation guidance, and recommendations were continually adjusted based on travel schedule, training response, and ongoing discussion of wearable data. That is not generalized coaching.

Regarding privacy, every member of our team participating in communication is HIPAA-certified, and WhatsApp was a communication channel mutually agreed upon and actively used throughout the engagement. Your January 8 message was framed as a recommendation rather than a formal request to discontinue that platform, and communication continued there with your participation and consent.

Your review also references performance metrics you wanted prioritized earlier in the process. As discussed repeatedly during our sessions, the coaching strategy intentionally focused first on stabilizing foundational habits such as sleep consistency, stress regulation, and nutritional adherence before introducing higher physiological stressors or advanced performance programming. That sequencing was deliberate and evidence-based, as improving those fundamentals directly supports the outcomes you were seeking.

With respect to medical collaboration, I made multiple attempts to coordinate with external providers when requested. In addition, as a courtesy outside the scope of the agreement, we arranged a complimentary consultation with our physician leadership team to provide further support.

Just days before discontinuing, you expressed gratitude for the progress made, described sessions as “eye-opening,” and told me in person that I should be proud of my team of “rockstars.” During that same week in New York, we trained together in the gym, took a photo smiling afterward, and even had a double date scheduled in Miami for a few weeks later. In that context, the characterization presented here is difficult to reconcile with our interactions at the time.

You ultimately chose to end the engagement because the coaching structure did not align with your expectations. That is your prerogative. A difference in preferred format, however, does not mean services were not delivered or that guidance lacked specificity.

Although our agreement did not require a refund, I offered a goodwill resolution in an effort to part ways professionally. That proposal was initially accepted. Only after a mutual release was requested did the matter shift toward a public review and payment dispute.

I stand fully behind the work delivered, the documentation supporting it, and the professionalism of my team.

I wish you the best moving forward.

I’m writing this review a year after completing the program, and the results truly speak for themselves. Andres has built something that embodies the idea: teach someone how to fish, and you feed them for a lifetime.

Through weekly one-on-one sessions, WHOOP data, bloodwork reviews, and personalized insights, Andres zeroes in on your unique physiology and provides the tools needed to move forward with confidence.

What sets Know Your Physio apart, and reflects the strength of the world-class team behind it, is that the program meets you where you are. Andres gauges how far you are willing to go, challenges you just enough, and makes it clear that real progress depends on your willingness to implement change. He is a steady cheerleader, but when hesitation appears, he works with you to uncover the root cause rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all solution. This approach leads to sustainable, lasting lifestyle changes, and I say that with complete certainty.

Together, you explore what works for you and what does not across nutrition, sleep hygiene, supplements, and physical fitness, all with Andres as a true partner in the process.

The insights I gained and the tools I continue to use have created a level of mental clarity I would not trade for anything. I cannot recommend Andres, Know Your Physio, or the team behind it highly enough. This program is truly about unlocking your potential.

Don't work with these guys. They will have a decent conversation with you then push you to sign an agreement and try to sue you if you need to push the payment to get started.

Hi Joyti,

I respect that the program was not the right fit for your preferred structure. However, several statements here do not reflect the documented reality of our work together.

Across weekly recorded calls, written action plans, and ongoing WhatsApp support, you received individualized macronutrient targets, sleep and nervous system protocols, supplementation guidance, and fitness programming adjusted to your data and schedule. These were specific and continually refined — not generalized recommendations.

Our entire team participating in communication is HIPAA-certified, and WhatsApp was a mutually agreed-upon channel used throughout the engagement.

As discussed repeatedly, we prioritized stabilizing foundational habits (sleep, stress regulation, nutrition) before advancing higher-intensity performance metrics. That sequencing was intentional and evidence-based.

I stand behind the work delivered and the professionalism of our team.
