ITIL4 Foundation Course Review

Hirinder, out trainer was excpetional in conveying the session for ITIL4 Foundation course. Knowlathon's communication and overall experience of the LMS portal has been good too.

Very nice trainer as well as here teaching way loved it a lot , session throughout was enthusiastic and eager to learn more from it . Concepts are cleared as good examples were discussed which made it easy to understand.

Very Good Training Session

Swapna is providing good training, involving everyone in the session, providing ample examples which are easy to understand the concepts. She is encouraging participation from everyone so that it does not become a boring session. She is allowing everyone to share his/her views in the session.

It was good decision to go with Knowlathon. I have been using their sevices for courses & training/certification which are good. Coordinating with Smita helped me to resolve my queries ar 1st place.
